I'm from ballistan district in northern Pakistan. We speak this language too, with a slight variation, so I can understand vocal annotations without writing.
I heard elsewhere that Lhasa in Lhasa Tibetan is pronounced /l̥ɛː ˥˥.sa˥˥/. Wikipedia also says this. Are you teaching a different dialect/language of Tibetan or are both the pronunciation in the video and /l̥ɛː˥˥.sa˥˥/ valid?
