@@stwillz01 Wilder's cardio is fifty times better than Ngannou's, and I guarantee you that he hits a lot harder in boxing gloves too. Francis could barely TKO the likes of no-chin old man Dos Santos in MMA gloves. He has very few knockouts that didn't need to be followed up on. Wilder hits so hard that even in a sport where he's not allowed to follow up, they stay the fuck down for the entire count.

On paper he has no chance. that said he has what most guys wish they had and that's incredible punching power. Tyson Fury might find himself in a very uncomfortable situation if Francis starts landing some punches. George Foreman didn't have the prettiest style but crushed people with his power.

Unfortunately for Francis,he is going to learn like Connor did,that Stamina and technique is much more important in boxing than the MMA. From the long rounds, the weight of the gloves,bobbing and weaving, the strength and concentration it takes to actually make sure you don't only land a punch but also not leave yourself open to counters. I dub Fury to win this one.

Well, he has his consciousness, his pride, his cognitive function via permanent brain trauma, permanent blindness due to brain trauma, becoming paralyzed due to brain trauma, losing his life and dying in the ring due to brain trauma. But apart from those, he has nothing to loose.
Even though all of those (apart from the first 2) are highly unlikely, the chances are always there, especially when potentially facing a one sided beat down.
A strong chin versus a far better opponent in said combat sport can spell disaster.

I think a lot of people don’t realize that Fury could be one of the best heavyweights of all time. If he never went on his spiral down and cared about his nutrition just a bit more he would be undisputed but all that childhood dedication and natural talent and he’s pretty much coasted off of that.
No doubt BUT all it takes is one punch from francis and suddenly its all over. Most likely Tyson puts on a clinic but because of francis punch strength he definitely has a shot to shock the world. Jon Jones is a better fighter and IMO would annihilate francis in an mma fight BUT francis has the best chance to crossover to boxing and win against the champ.

Even if Fury shoes up really fat and close to 300 pounds, I still think he beats Nganou. It is a boxing match so Francis will not be able to use take downs or throw kicks. The only chance he has is a lucky punch that he needs to land early on. So basically he has a one per cent chance of winning and that's it. I am not a huge Fury fan but I just cannot see him losing this fight.
Just watch some of ngannou’s mma fights… he hits harder with every punch. Not swinging looping telegraphed hooks like Wilder. Fury is gonna lose if he takes this lightly.

However, he should win quite easily against a guy who has never had a single pro boxing match. I think the fight will be a repeat of Mayweather/McGregor back in 2017 or whenever it was. Same side combos like Mike Tyson’s hook to the body than right into the upper cut same side would work well against a taller opponent. Hence why being trained by Mike Tyson will be very helpful. Do I think Francis will win no. But I definitely think he will land a glove especially to the body. It will depend on Francis pressure and ability to let his hands go. I’m sure Fury will tie him up and lean his weight on Francis gassing his legs. So he will have to also contend with that. Francis is also not used to Fury’s reach so this will be entertaining non the less.
Ngannou's best chance is to make it a street fight with a lot of pressure by strength and explosivnes. To charge at fury from the beginning, and to destroy him before he gets time to think, and to adjust the game for himself. Bcz the second it becomes a boxing match, it's over for nagannou.

I've wanted to see this fight for a while. Whenever you're trading shots with the Guinness book record holder for hardest puncher on Earth, that's a legit opponent in my book. All Ngannou has to do is land one solid shot and he can knock anyone out
That Guinness record is meaningless though and he is only the hardest puncher they have recorded. Boxed since I was 10 at fairly good level and sparred lots of MMA and Thai boxers when they preparing for fights, don't get me wrong they would have smashed me to bits in their sport but found that on the whole with the odd exception there power was far less than any boxer at the same weight. Reminds me of Conor who everyone said was a big puncher, Floyd said his is punches were weak. Even the bigger glove thing in boxing is misunderstood the reason gloves came about was to protect the fighters hands as in the bareknuckle days often fights would end up being terrible as both fighters had broken hands. Most boxers would smash their hands to bits in them silly 2oz MMA mitts. I wouldn't be surprised if Fury who is not known as a puncher ends up the 'puncher' in their fight, and Francis certainly don't punch like Wilder
