    Sir mai ek athele hu 100 metr ka but sir 1 year se meri hamstring tight ho jati hai apko to para hpga sir hamstring maximum 3 month leti hai but sir meri hamstring bar bar tight ho jati hai sir plese sir kuch bataiye

      Hamstring tightness ka ek karan ho sakta hai muscle mai weakness, hamstring ki strength ko badhaiye, Squats, Hip Thrusts, Single Leg Bridge, Nordic Curls jaise exercises ko routine mai shamil kijiye aur saath hi proper warm up aur cool down kijiye aur hamstring ki stretching kijiye

      sahi treatment lijiye, calf ko majboot banaiye,flexibility ko badhaiye......physiothgerapist se check karae kis karan se ye ho rha hai
