Does this really work?
Depnds on your body's response. For myself, I've done it 3-4 days a week and a reasonable diet. Also 1 to 2 days of simple weight training in between helped me lose 10 lbs in a couple weeks. Consistency is the key
It works great for me. When I started I had excess abdominal fat. It measured 92 cm in abdominal circumference. In the first week I reduced 5 cm by training every day. Now, after 3 years, I do it 2 to 3 times a week to maintain my 78 cm abdomen. I feel fantastic and my mental health is much better too! Gretings from Portugal
