As a Russian, when listening to a composition from Radio Tapka, I wanted to sing, just screaming at the top of my lungs repeating the words, and when listening to the Sabaton version I was just thrown into shivers by this powerful and cool music!
Im from USSR... i mean from Russia (чуть не прокололся) and i liked Sabaton version more than original, But this is understandable, Tapok made a song in Sabaton style, and how he can be better than them in sabaton style. And he did everything alone, and there are five of them, they have the advantage :D

There's a pretty clear difference between Tapok and Sabaton's work - the latter makes it all more epic, storylike, less visceral. That's the regard which home holds these events to. 9th of May, 45, is such a victory and accomplishment because it's the end of the devastation and the beginning of the rebuild.
Tapok: "Soldiers, regiment by regiment! Boldly go now to your death! The Motherland will never forget you!"
Sabaton: "Face the volleys of their guns, Russia's daughters and her sons! All the brave who stand against the Typhoon wave!"
It is twice enjoyable for me since I understand both languages and getting as twice as much goosebumps >o<
Also I really like Oleg’s approach of translating songs so in most cases his translations are very very close to the original. As example he didn’t even bother to change youtube’s captions for the Attack of the dead men because there’s no point in that.
