Ingredients:
250gr butter ( 1 cup)
150gr sugar (3/4 cups)
1 can condensed milk cake
5 eggs
250gr plain flour
2tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla extract
1 lemon (+ its zest)
1tsp ground nutmeg
bake at 160c (325F) for 45-1hr

The touch of lime zest and the juice is awesome, with the balance of vanilla essence. Wow the batter looks creamy and fluffy. Completion is so beautiful and wetting my appetite.

Hi dear nothing, the condensed milk is already sweet enough, so it should be fine
And can i double the recipe? Will there be any changes? And how long can this cake stay on a counter top.
This recipe makes two cakes you can double the quantities, I always keep it in the fridge
