I think there's 2 lessons here:
1.) It's not the equipment, it's you.
2.) Brad can rock any outfit. From that 70s style, to this nonsense.
The higher your handicap, the more the equipment makes a difference. Even for Brad, he shoots a couple strokes better with his clubs. But a 15 handicapper could shave 3-5 strokes with properly fitted clubs.
That outit of Brad’s looks just what Erik Anders Lang would wear on a golf course.

Also, younger people rely so much on new technology. I can eyeball yardage within 5 yards or less basically every time. Playing competitive golf in the 90s, no range finder, no gps. Went off of little sticks in the fairways and the occasional sprinkler head if you could find one.

Just got into golf 2 weeks ago because of yal, and dug out my dads old Wilson clubs to start practicing.... Brad pullin out what I assume is the same wilson WS 1000 driver I currently use makes me feel confident I can get good with these old rickety ass clubs. Thanks Brad... lol.

Genuine question here: I've been watching Good Good, GM golf, etc. for a couple of years now and have seen countless thrift store challenges. Where do all the clubs go when they are done with them? Do they donate them back?

The Wilson Fat Shafts were amazing for beginners and high handicap golfers when they came out 20 years ago. Extremely forgiving clubs. I still have all the irons 😂 definitely got rid of the putter though

Hey Garrett, just wanted to put out there for you and this idea in growing your channel. How about inviting random dad's that play golf, come out and play a round of golf with you/crew, get to hear their stories of what drives a father to want their family/business/life to succeed. And at the same time, these dads are -10 under handicap how they manage life, family, career's and yet still find the time to be competitive good golfers. Have a criterion for the invite. Must have good attitude, low handicappers, positive attitude, and have a desire and a story behind them that motivates others to want to do the same? There are lots of wonderful stories out there and the world needs to hear them!!
