  • We will be talking about self worth and how feeling unworthy is much more prevalent than many would imagine in seemingly confident and successful people. This is sometimes referred to as imposter syndrome where despite being a high achiever, there are feelings of being fraudulent or found out.
We will also cover why people with low self esteem (whether obvious or not) tend to suffer more from anxiety and how this manifests in daily life and sometimes with health harming habits.

This model comes from the Word of God. Where the mind goes, the man follows. As a man thinketh in his heart so is he. We are transformed by the renewal of your mind.
