All great finds Doc. I'm gonna have to walk into Arizona pawn shops recording and see if that helps. I got my brother that buckle knife one Christmas and between him and his 2 boys, men now, they managed to lose it.

Doc, WOW you found some great Treasures on your Treasure hunt. I found my Buck 118 at a local flea market back in October 23' in almost mint condition for $35.00.

I’m glad you got a auto benchmade, you’re going to love it. I’ve moved away from benchmade as my main edc knife company and adopted Protech. So far I have a green box drop point all dlc CQC 7A.

I live in Albany. I'm out of work until june. I thought about pawning my microtech sithlord last week. If I did, it would have been funny if it showed up on your video. Dawson Rd pawn always has great inventory. I've bought a bunch of stuff from Colt over the years

Well, Chicago Knife Works recently got a lead on a lot of NEW-OLD STCK knives from a store, and they had a LOT of HARD HAT branded, American made BEAR & SONS manufactured knives.
As of now, I have something like 30 knives, and I have another, last order coming in. What I was blown away from, was the smooth, polished bone on the MGC made knives. I have a green, 4" trapper, and the bone on it looks like an emerald stone. The color is so deep and vibrant. I also got some Strawberry red, jigged bone knives and after cleaning 20 years or more of dirt off them, from sitting in a box and being fingered by customers, the bone really pops. These knives all sold for close to $100 originally, but I was getting them from CKW for anywhere from $5.50 - $17.00 each, except forthe stag bone, those were $20. - $24
I dont get out on the road much, I simply do not like being around a lot of people I dont know.
For that reason, most of my knife shopping is online. Honestly, Im getting a lot better at finding good deals.

The benchmade scale thing only works for the fake bugout and black bailouts and maybe taggedout now.
I have a Buckmaster 184 that is in brand new never sharpen condition in the box. I bought it a couple years ago. It’s from the 80s. I think it’s one of the first runs. It says pat pending.

I had that hammer brand knife. Got it at a flea market in Louisiana. Wish I knew what happened to it. Probably worth a pretty penny now!

Keith I have watched and learned and took my knowledge today on a hunt and boy did I hit! Two imperials one kamp king one colonial sheath knife a Frontier all American and a Swiss army classic found a ranger boats ranger knife as well all for $52

@@theknifedoctor missing two sheaths but all blades are perfect or near perfect. There were more that I wanted to buy but ran out of time and money this go round. And this is a good amount for me to work on for know. Curious about the Ranger knife made for Ranger boats have not seen another one and I have it dated to pre 1997 due to the area code on the knife

Hey Doc, I always enjoy your videos and this one was awesome as you found some very nice bargains. When you go to flea markets you might want to carry a pencil, If you find a knife that the tang is rusty or hard to read the lead in the pencil will clean all of the rust off. I've been using that trick for years new. God bless !!

The spring in that auto is just simple leaf style... you could probably fabricate a new one by reshaping the back spring out of one of your parts knives. Alot of cool finds. Keep up the good videos. SF brother.

Much as I try I can’t seem to even be interested in a modern knife Period. I still have a thumb and a finger nail and as long as I have that I’ll just keep opening my slip joints.
I prefer the older knives but I do like some modern knives as well.
