Not to mention the fact that Alex has only six fights under his belt and they're shooting him straight up to Madison square garden, and Israel's right without that kickboxing history no one would be in a title fight with Israel after only few fights like that no they rushed him up there real quick but what's Alex going to do when he fights some of these wrestlers? We haven't even seen him tested against a wrestler yet and you're putting him in a title fight come on man the UFC is just all about making money they're not about who has earned the spot and that's just what it is and I think everybody's saying well if he can knock him out with the big loves he's definitely going to be able to knock him out with the small gloves, well if you watch those two fights Israel landed a lot more shots and Israel's dropped some big boys with those 4 oz gloves on I think the gloves that they're saying is going to be even better for Alex is what's going to come back to haunt him when Israel starts touching him he's going to fall you mark my words and I'll be waiting here after the fights over for anybody to call me out if I'm wrong

This is the fight that we get to see how smart of a fighter Israel is, he's been dead docking dudes pretty much I mean just outclassing them now does he come out on emotion or does he come out and fight smart which the crowd and the fans and the media may try to call boring no it's called strategy, when you're fighting somebody bigger than you that has dynamite in his hands you have to be more leery of course a bunch of drunks at the fight just want to see people go to toe and get knocked out but no Israel's done been knocked out by this guy he has to fight smart he has to circle away to his left and stay away from that left hook he has to use his faints he has to use his reach and I think if he uses his job well with his low kicks I think Israel wins this fight and I actually I see Israel winning the fight pretty convincingly if he fights smart if he fights for the crowd he could end up getting dead docked again

Rookie??? The first fight was in 2016, Pereira started pro kickboxing in 2012. About 20 fight before facing Israel the first time.
Also it wasn’t a narrative when it came to the first fight because till this day people still thought he won that fight. The jugding seem more bias to a heavy pressure fighting style (Dutch kickboxing style) then to an evasive style that Izzy has that slips and rolls with punches and kicks.
It hard to find the scorecards for that but I remember hearing on the judge was a former kickboxing with a similar style to which Alex had at the time or was more open to that style of fighting.

I view this fight as a holy war...Israel Adesanya, with the name of the people of God, Israel, and the name of the Most High(Yah) in his last name - as in "My people, who are called by My name"(2Ch.)and Nigerian, like most descendants of slaves in America. and Alex "Poatan" Pereira on the other hand, he is name after the king of the Gentiles(Alexander The Great) , and Poatan has the name "tan" from the Hebrew meaning "dragon" , as in Satan, Yoktan, Leviatan...can ya dig it?
