Apple Coleslaw

Apple Coleslaw
We used fresh Pink Lady apples and Walla Walla sweet onions, yummy
1/2 cup apples peeled and cut small to allow more flavor throughout
1/3 cup heaped with sweet onions cut small also for flavor
3 to 4 cups of shredded cabbage
Mix it with a spoon and in a small bottle make the dressing. Use a bottle in case you need to shake it to remove to lumps or to use an emersion blender.
1tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tsp organic cane sugar
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
Mix dressing and blend with cabbage mixture till coated on all pieces.
Taste it as you go and adjust accordingly.
