Good video. Would the Mll52 ammo be comparable to +p+ 9mm ammo? I have a keltec sub2k 9mm and was wondering would this be safe to run in my carbine. Thanks
M1152 has a pressure of 39,700 p.s.i. Winchester advises to only use the M1152 in modern 9mm firearms in good condition as they run a pressure that is 10 to 15 percent higher than standard industry pressure for 9mm Luger.
Despite popular opinion, keltec is not a junk gun. They're not overly expensive but they aren't suffering a lack of build quality. Direct blowback doesn't particularly love hot ammo, but it will probably run it. To me it's like driving your car with the pedal down. Yeah it will do it, no it's not great for it. If you're hunting and need the power and range, then yeah it's justified. If you are just shooting on a range it isn't particularly necessary, but if you intend to hunt with it, you should zero it on the range.
Love the Scorpion platform, have shot a few but don't own one. I will remedy that asap. I'll probably be looking for a pistol version, They don't seem to be unavailable or anything.

I bought some M1152 and chronographed it out of my Scorpion. Average was 1542 fps
I was going to try some of the 2000fps defensive ammo from sportsman's guide from a carbine since it was so cheap but it's vanished since 2020
