I can imagine Igor walking in to reactor number 4 while its exploding and just going "ay comrades whats wrong? Weathers nice" as he takes a sip of vodka. (Also at 6:54 its really sad that you shouldn't pet those dogs because the radiation sticks to their fur. That seemed like such a good dog)
Most of the dogs are no longer contaminated . Some of them are even adopted and sent to ther places.
Its become one of my goals in life to take this tour with Igor as my guide. I want to share with him a few glasses of nice vodka and listen to the stories he has to tell.
Edit: Of course after the tour, don't want him to get in trouble for driving drunk. I don't think he would decline a few drinks after right.
