As I’m 58 I have adopted some changes but over a longer period, if I look back over the last 12 months my form has improved but there’s still work to do! Great video. Thanks for your content.

I am trying to implement suggestions given by you to improve running, but I find it little difficulty in convincing my body to accept changes. As result I am tending to run in the same way which I accustomed for years

Most important is the mental capacity.
Love running, a bone spur in my knee limits my running time. Anything over 30 mins I feel more pain.
I started by walking and then jogging.
