I was almost 30 before I was diagnosed with OCD. When I was younger, I washed my hands so much that I stripped all the good bacteria from them. Had to see a dermatologist and still have to be careful about lotions I use.

I feel so much better knowing someone with a lot of influence has and understands ocd. People act like "it's not that bad" or "it's just in your head" when I do something and explain it's because I have ocd. It's like, "I'm sorry, I didn't realize my mental disorder was nothing more than me over thinking things. Thanks for the advice. I'll just stop thinking about it. So simple." Media and overuse of the term "ocd" when referring to obsessions with symmetry makes people think it's not nearly as bad as it is. So thank you for explaining this. I hope more people see this and other videos with influencers talking about it in a truthful way.

they're saying that the tampons are big, but you would never know if it was in the packaging, because the absorbent part of a tampon usually cuts off about 1/2 way through the package, as there is normally a stick to help with inserting the tampon.

I wear a mask for 12 hours a shift. It does not cause issues. If you sweat, you can get irritation on your skin, but that's it. I take 2 15 min breaks, and change my mask every so often. Matthias is a Crowder supporter, I usually like him, but he's the type to be anti-mask. Stay safe everyone, and wash your hands.

Then the "who uses the cell too much" made him get uncomfortable af, Matt is definitely pushing passed his hairline but it's been a thing for awhile but I think it looks better shaved honestly. Anyone who's taken even an entry level psych class can see they have alot of them.

I work as a cashier at a grocery store in Northern California that averages about 150 customer an hour..I can’t take a break every 15 minutes to take my mask off.
I was diagnosed with OCD & I get so tired of hearing people use that as a joke term. Like if someone cleans something they instantly say they must be OCD.
Same! I didn't realize how hard it was to find someone else who actually has OCD until I started looking. The stuff that really annoys me is coming across videos of people literally just organizing their fridge or closet and saying it's because of their OCD. Like, you don't have to have a disorder to show people how you organize something. It's like saying someone has ADHD because they're always happy and energetic.
