Those first drop down cracks had a big effect on his arch

It looks like Joel would greatly benefit from the breast-plate/rib adjustments that Dr. Gregory Johnson does, to try and move the shoulders back

I dont know, like this guys first treatment at Dr ciprianos was like 2 years ago? I cant see any improvement in his posture. Doesnt he excercise his back? Chiropractor cant heal your spine it helps a lot but you need to do smth alongside with these adjustements
