Frequent headaches.
Healing after an accident or whiplash.
Joint pain and dysfunction.

Stiff muscles or muscle aches.
Chiropractors make sure not only that your joints are moving properly, but also that your surrounding muscles are functioning as well.
What is the popping sound I hear during a chiropractic adjustment?
You may feel and hear a popping or cracking sensations during a chiropractic adjustment. These are gases, like oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide, released from your joints. Gas gets trapped in small cavities of your joints when you move and stretch. While this gas release may be more apparent during a chiropractic adjustment, you experience a similar sound when you crack your knuckles.
What happens after a chiropractic adjustment?
After a chiropractic adjustment, you might feel mild soreness or have very minor aches in areas of your body that your chiropractor worked on. This feeling usually goes away within 24 hours and rarely affects people who see a chiropractor regularly.
After your appointment, your chiropractor might recommend “homework” for you to extend your therapy after an adjustment. These recommendations might include:
Exercises and stretches.
Proper ergonomics for improving your posture.
Icing/heat therapy or topical analgesics.
Advice on nutrition, diet, weight or general health.
Ways to manage stress and relax muscles.
Electrical muscle stimulation using transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators (TENS).
What is a Y Strap Adjustment?
The Y strap, also known as the y-axis traction strap, is a chiropractic decompression tool. Like hands-on spinal decompression, the Y strap works to decompress the vertebrae by gently stretching the spine. The Y-Axis Traction Strap allows doctors to perform traction as well as mobilization to the Y-axis. The Y-Axis Traction Strap corrects “kinks” in the epi-pia collagen network. The cartilage and collagen of the joint capsules are shortened and strengthened on the acute angle side of the deviations, making correction difficult unless stretching and time-dependent procedures are used. Patients may feel the release from the sub-occipital region of the skull down through the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions of the spine. Where one is most out of alignment, is where the effect is felt most. - Zábava

I envied these people so much, I can not even imagine how wonderful they feel when he is done with them! I have been in pain for 43 years from falling out of a moving vehicle. Now I have severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, in my spine, lumbar, neck, both shoulders, headaches in various places,TMJ, I had both knees replaced and they are stiff and some plain, tingling in my feet and arms and hands, corporal tunnel syndrome both wrists. I also have a lot of internal problems and an aneurysm from my main aorta to my heart. Lots of things going on and I probably forgot something, lol! Lord bless this chiropractor, he has healing hands!!
Very interesting that this patient says she’s seeing another chiropractor every two weeks, and she still had all those issues that just weren’t being addressed. Makes me wonder what other chiropractors are doing.

Hi from AZ. Faith over fear is about what will happen if you're in pain for longs time and by watching and reading the comments makes want to praise with you every step of the way. I'm sure theres more people out there needs a relief for whats has whole them back for years. Pain is no fun. My husband had back surgery years ago. He always wanting to go to a chiropractic. For 8 years his been sleeping on the couch. He always constantly moving around with pain. So hopefully someday he'll see chiropractic.

Hi. Do you take Baycare insurance. I am impressed. I have an unusual back. Born with feed outtoeing. Was in corrective shoes and a bar. It did not fix left leg with the hip still extrernally rotated. I walk pretty normal. Have leg length discerepancy ( not sure it’s true discrepancy but after 60 yrs of it being tight who knows ). I’ve been to many chiropractors but none last several yrs. Basically I live with a feeling that my sacral area is always wrong. Like it’s in sideways and tilted. My question is once you straiten someone like me out. Are there things to do to prevent it from going back. I guess 35 yrs of nursing didn’t help things

For a while I have wondered if chiropractic care would help me. I’ve watched many videos of younger, fit men and women being treated, but this is the first I have watched that featured someone who looks like me - female, older, not very fit. I’m older and have cervical radiculopathy and neuro surgeon told me to not have any neck adjustment at all. Before that I went to Chiropractor every so often for relief when I would have an issue withy back. Either waking up and can’t turn to the side, or bad pain in lower back and dragging leg around. I feel like I need a good adjustment like this lady had but I am scared.

She had alot of decompresses in her legs . I heard that left neck crack 💥🙉 loud. She had lots of bent of pain. Question: Do You Do That CYTCC lower nerve thing its something like that.

I have so many issues with my back. I was born with spina bifada & had surgery for it when i was 3 years old. I fractured L1 in 2011 & have been on disability since 2014. I've been on pain meds since then. I can't take nsaids due to kidney issues. I also have osteoporosis. I'm afraid of going to a chiropractor because of the spina bifada & osteoporosis. Oh, i refractured L1 & fractured T12 at the same time last fall. Do you think i could benefit from chiropractic sessions & would it be safe for me? I'm 64 yrs old.
