Baby u cant have cake mix made with flour and it be keto nor can u have real sugar so the majority of ingredients like condensed milk and butter fingers have to be subbed for something else. Oh and the caramel thats out too. Idk if u can even make this in a keto version but maybe somebody knows a way to substitute the ingredients for keto friendly.

Fun fact: if you slowly heat the can of condensed milk by putting the can in a saucepan of water, it will turn into a delicious caramel. We use it for bannoffee pie 🤤
@ss-321 Hi! 👋🏽 If you keep it in the unopened can, it will need to simmer for a good couple of hours at least, and you need to top up the water to keep the can covered. You can also pour the condensed milk into a glass/Pyrex bowl and gently heat over a pan of water. You will need to stir it regularly so it caramelises equally throughout. The good thing about doing it this way is that you can keep an eye on the colour and texture of the caramel. You can most definitely use it on apples or in an apple pie. It's pretty much delicious with anything, including ice cream, or simply eating it with a spoon! 😆 I've made a dessert with salted pretzels and a thickened version of this caramel, too. Be warned, the sauce is pretty addictive 👌🏽 😋 Enjoy!
