Dear WIP, i now own 71 board/card/other awsome fun games. Before i first found this series i owned 24 games. Thank you for showing me a new and amazing world of games. I remeber the first game i saw in this series. Small World. Thanks to you i now own arcadia quest, boss monster, small world (computer version too), hopefully puzzle strike for my birthday, mansions of madness, and many many more.

No, I haven't.
It looks like a pretty good system, overall. Less depth and theme than Descent 2.0, but a more tactical and logical combat system.
I would definitely play it, and would?d buy it at a reasonable price.
The 'hours played' rules are pretty clever. Much like a console RPG. Of which, I have played many.
I like your channel, could you maybe review shadows of brimstone one day? I'm curious what your thoughts are on this game!

Does it mean no hero development behind the adventures? No skill gains or upgraded weapons (outside of possible one-off switch to other side of the hero sheet)?

+wightboy55 Yes, it looks like that. I hope that full contents of that are included in Kickstarter, because it is non-obvious from rewards image (softcover book is included for sure, but 250 extra cards and many counters are mystery to me).

They just wanted to keep the base game as Beginner's friendly as possible.

Now I feel conflicted. The actual gameplay sounds mostly awesome, but the campaign rules sound rather awful (and lazy).
Well, means I have to look deeper into what the expansions and such (will) offer. Thanks a lot for the excellent overviews!
