I was gonna say Sleeperdude gets all excited over Fairmonts,, heck he would eat 3 cans of Vinenna sausages just to calm down
I like the Fairmount also
Haha, yep Josh sure does get excited about those Fairmont Fisher body styles!
I like Fair months too. I've owned future and notchbacks and station wagons been a long time. Always thought these in the Malibu's that were about the same date of manufacturer we're going to be the up and coming because they're kind of the end of the run for the rear-wheel drive cars. Well I might have been 30 years behind ahead of myself they seem to be coming around to malibu's. The futures or the fairmont's well where is the love that's all I got to say?
@@richardatkinson500 fisher body?? The same company that for decades it said body by Fisher on GM cars? And is that where they get the fox for fox bodies like the Fairmont and the mustangs? Just curious
Was going to say the same about sleeperdude...
The black Mustang convertible and those 80’s Ram are good cars to sell as is. The 80s Rams are quite desirable right now and someone will definitely fix them up
What I like is the connection to your father !
Oh man that 54 Ford nice. Great video!! 👍👍👍👍👍
That’s a Fairmont! I made door hinges for those at the Ford Rouge Plant in Dearborn, MI in 1976.
so if you Cut them plates in ½ then can you sell them, they would make great roofing for bird houses
Great way to start the week end with a great video
White dodge convertible is Canadian model using Chrysler and Dodge parts in one.. Thought it was a Chrysler until I saw the dodge parts on it with Plymouth front and unique grille. Very rare to find today in hard top form much less a convertible too. Wow!
The CZcams channel,
Sleeperdude, He Absolutely Loves the FORD cars of those years! Please get a hold of him and tell him that Gordon told you to contact him, PLEASE!!
Some cool stuff in that warehouse. That old ambulance would make a super neat cruiser. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍
My hometown fire department had a large drum like that for the Corvette raffles. A little kid who couldn't read well would be placed into the drum on Sunday night and given a few minutes to play in the thousands of tickets, then they'd come up with the 10 winning tickets and be let out. Just to gauge how many tickets were sold, a fire engine that cost $400,000 when purchased was paid for in cash and the salesman just about fainted when he came to our meeting.
OMG! Sleeperdude would die for that Futura! That Desoto is top line. Leather seats. The Henny Packards would sell fast to a professional car collector. Henny was almost exclusive to Packard. They are call bull balls tailights. Lol! 66 Buick LeSabre. The Chrysler Convetible is worth more than $1500. The Dodge too although not a very popular body style. Taurus based Jag is junk. I'll take 10 of the Lincolns at $1500. Dodge truck is worth fixing. Ford is great street rod material.
I like the 50´s Packard`s .
Love those Packard Ambulances, 58 Chevrolet, and that blue Lincoln!
That old DeSoto would make a nice Icon Derelict machine.
Honestly putting prices on those gives us a better idea what they could be worth in our area. Always intriguing to see what’s been hidden away
Oh those wrenches are good for rat rods , nice ol welders , those are called cracker box’s thanks buddy BigAl California
The Lesabre next to the Edsel is calling my name Silas! After I graduate nursing school next year, my dad and I are planning a Route 66 road trip. If the Lesabre is still there by the time I graduate & take the NCLEX, I'm interested in doing the rest of the road trip in it haha!
$1500 give or take for most of the cars is a good deal for me! Hopefully it's still there by then lol.
If not, I'm still going to enjoy visiting Kansas!👍
It's been years since anybody has seen a Ford Futura. That one is a 4 wheel time capsule.
the 59 Edsel and the DeSoto deserve a second chance
All those welders are by appearance, very functional Lincoln arc welders in the brief view we got! Those like old valve radios are worth about $500 a piece I was told recently. Due to the quality of components and weld they produce. Rather nice kit from your leading producer of Arc welders for decades.
WOW your collection is huge WOW that was a amazing trip down memory lane 😍 I love the Fairmont and Lincoln in the first building 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Ford Fairmont. My Dad went to look at a new one in 1977...got in it and it wouldn't start...Salesman asked him if he wanted to try another one...he got in his car and bailed out!
You'll have NO trouble selling that Packard ambulance. There's a very dedicated market for anything Packard-Henney.
Love your vids and you show so many thing I would love to purchase from you and your dad. The late 60s Thunderbird’s Those Packard wagons, wow as a child I used to hang out in an old junkyard yard called Finklstiens Junk and Salvage. It was a great place to let the imagination run wild. and I actually learned a lot also. I found a whole great big sack of change that I could barely carry. It was in a late 30s sedan, and I actually dragged it all the way up to their office and gave it to them. They were brothers. They always treated me so nice after that and said I was welcome to visit any time. Fun part of growing up in the 70s.
I love that old radio on the right at 4:38.
The two Packards are great looking cars and i'd stick with the 8' and run modern injection with a more modern trans.
I like the the white twodoor sedan ford 😀
Like being educated on what certain old cars may be worth These projects need to find a home and become enjoyment for future generations i love my old car and at one time it was junk to someone, but it is my fountain of youth because it keeps me young. Thanks Silas for great videos.
Love old cars especially that Buick
Silas, we would like to see an update on the Studebaker cleanup. Walk around the Studebakers you still have, and updates on any you have sold, as well as the parts you have sold.
Studebaker's are awesome 👌👏I have a 55 president and a 59 lark wagon both were my grandfather's he worked for a Studebaker dealership
Yep, 2nd and 3rd those motions as you'll figure by my avatar on here
American pickers would be interested in cars too
Thanks for sharing some great cars and good deals . And a fun adventure 💯👍
A customer of mine had this sculpture in her yard that was a giant head of a man .A giant head. It was approximately eight feet tall and round. It was made out of old metal tools spot welded together. It was solid tools.
Wrenches, screwdrivers, and every kind of tool that you would see at a swap meet. It had a big mustache that was a thick piece of braided steel cable, all frayed up on the ends of it.
It was the biggest piece of "fine" folk art I have ever seen.A great use of old tools.
My Dad had an Allis-Chalmers 18hp tractor just like that one! I rode it many times!
The Lincoln's have always been one of my favorites. Those with the riveted spare wheel dome on the trunk lid. And 67000 miles... Also the half ton 1985 Ram are a little gem Ae.
I watch both it's great what you do
so basicly you have properties all over filled with junk cars and trucks along with scrap (LOL) Thats So cool
Hi Silas am now member for that site.
U do really good job.
I like junk yard to.
History is every where.
Ok Silas you can still make somthing out of those l license plates don’t sheer them in half just sheer each number and letter , people are useing the Single numbers and letters to make bill boards ot love letters and house number too , I have seen a ton of art exhibit made from license plate numbers and letters all different colors and shapes , anyway I save plates off my cars too, thanks BigAl California
Those Packard's are sweet. Your Dad has some great restore projects, Surprised no one has jumped on them.
This was a great episode. That Dodge 62/63 880 series (I think that’s the model) convertible is a jewel! Also you’ve got a good 1970 Chrysler convertible there. Then you’ve got those 2 cool old Packards, Fairmont Futura, Lincoln mark 5 and on and on. This is a great watch.
1962 Dodge convertible 👍❤❤❤ oh my heart
Great video today thanks for showing us 👍 😀 🙂
Love how you trigger my OCD.
Your dad should start a CZcams channel just on the neat old cars and trucks and other oddities he owns. I think he could knock it out of the park
Wow. Figures. Soon as I blow money on a TV you show that old Fairmont Futura!! LOL
Yes
Those Packard abulances would be worth over 5k as is here in Southern Calif. I would love to have one restored...
We used to have some good water fights with those extinguishers back in the day.
Wish I could get the F150 Shoetbed a transmission is nothing to fix on that I actually looking for another truck like that my last one was totalled. Cool buildings you guys have there man I wish I had all that junk laying around and property haha

Thanks for showing us around - we love the Barrels with all those various Tools and other Stuff ! Many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
They had the coldest A/C ever ! They also made a Ranchero out of one
That 58 chevy looked like a good cruise as is candidate.
The Desoto needs to be restored
That 300 Convertible needs to be rescued. Is the 440 and Torqueflite still installed?
Another great video I love you going thru the buildings and outside.

Got to see the Packard henney hearse used in the God Father movie at the packard museum in Dayton oh
As always another wonderful video! Very interesting seeing all the old cars, and if you didn't say they were for sale everyone would ask anyway! Love watching your video's.. keep them coming silas! Your video's are how I wind down for the night after a crazy day!!!
We where in Hutchinson Kansas in the late 70s there was a huge fire at the Interpace plant. My Dad was a bigwig at the Interpace plant in Glendale California. We went down into the salt mine
get ahold of sleeperdude on that Futura he may want it
My favorites are the Futura & the Lincoln Mark in the garage. I would buy either of them if I could.
Put the 429 in the 54 Ford😎 ...The Allis Chalmers tractor is a model C. I have one identical, even the side sickle mower.. The Falcon Ranchero,, my favorite choice...
I'll take that toyota 4runner any day or the midget. Love both those cars
The license plates are patch panel metal I would sell the boxes like that
Looks like cars and trucks Junk Yard Diggs would like.
great cars, your dad saved some good cars for sure.wish you were closer to me.
That blue Packard, hearse? looks pretty good.
I do like that Lincoln
Kind of interested in that Ford pickup
The mini carnival ride is awesome havnt seen one of those in forever.
coo l stuff in that shed Silas love watching wana be there some times
Futuras are getting hard to find..I've been looking for 1 or Ltd or Fairmounts
Noticed one old Forney arc welder in that lot, looked like the one my dad had in the '60s.
Nice find, I'm liking the old cars but the one I hope doesn't end up in the crusher the most is the blue Ford Fairmont, had one of those and really liked it. Thanks for sharing,
Dear Mr. Silas.
Please kindly tell us the utube channel name that your father is using. Thanks in advance.
2) Maybe channel Sleeperdude would be interested in buying the green MG (they own a red one but that's damaged by rodents).
3) Maybe channel Watch Wes Work would be interested in buying that rust free blue F150.
He doesn’t have a YT channel. I have 2 channels now tho!
love to have that futura
Wish we wasn't so far away. I'd love to have that cutlass. I really like them. My first real car was a 79 six cylinder auto.
Dry washer for gold.
the '63 sword is EXACTLY as I had 21 yr ago
I always thought that Ford should have made a Ranchero out of the Fairmont
Look up the Ford Durango!
@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch Wow 212 of them made No wonder I had never seen or heard of them
I do like the Linclon
Thank you for an other great video. I'm headed over to your other channel to check it out.
There are some CRAZY and RARE items hiding in these old warehouses including Antique CARNIVAL Ride!......... AKA ''HOARDING''!
Love the Mavericks intro music
My dad had a 69 mercury marauder with a 429 in it couldn't keep tires on it lol
About oil , build a woodside put car on wooden floors attached to side then have right on chains hook on driver's side ur have temporary walls to block wind
That was cool
Well I think I'm going to contact him he gets more details on a couple of them. Actually this forum I'm interested in but any one of the forward satisfy me. And thanks for putting the prices on there. Because it gives us an idea as viewers to if it's price delete! You know if it's not in my pocketbook range why bother? Thanks again and what I really enjoyed about this video is seeing you light up in a way because you're seeing somebody sayings and it's taking you back showing some memories. Kind of like when you show something on there and I look kind of go wow I remember when Mom drove one of them. And so forth of course some of these people are no longer with us which is more important than saying some of these cars in our past is no longer with us. Both statements are true. Thank you for making a video and your dad for keeping these cars. Oh yeah you might be a little cheap on that carnival ride because my son and I just stopped and fella and they make these carnival rides from scratch and sell them apparently they're pretty good parent anyway for one used faded out car mock up that would go around circle kind of like a carousel $450 and up. That's just one of them so that bucket ride might be worth a little bit more money. I know it's only worth with somebody will pay for it and I'm not in the market. Thanks again
That's no Chrysler. That's a ford Fairmont. And I'd love to buy that one from you.
You ot to get ahold of Derick from vice grip garage channel. He might buy some
Silas great video
