I went on the website, but it’s the same video that says “this video is CZcams friendly” so I didn’t see what apps you were referring to. Can you update this?
On our website, the video is full version, i do not know what you mean by update. This is a new box at the moment. There is no update since this is up to date.
If you watched the video on our website and comparing it to CZcams version, I am sure you won't ask any questions.
Can't sign into CZcams. Keeps saying Username and Password are incorrect, which they are not. I've used external keyboard and remote. Still error message. Rest of box works with my Google account. What's going on? Windows 10 and Android phone CZcams are signed in and work.
2 rings you need to check #1. Make sure your app is up to date #2 make sure date and time is correct.
We've been watching video on UBOX 10 for 5 months, the romote control suddenly stop working, after changing the battery, remote still not responding.
What should we do?
Try another batteries and didn't work contact the seller.
The remote on this UNBLOCK is bad .... very BAD ....

... You should get better remote that have keyboard plug in USB port

@@billsmith6648 I agree, the default remote is never enough for any android boxes.
I have unblock 10 box for about 2 years. The customer service is poor. Occasionally Astro 1, 2, 3 sudden don't work recently even connected directly by using LAN cable and the Astro playback also removed. Very sad to learn the latest unblock TV box can't compare with my old EVPad 3 pro which is unable to update to the latest android OS.
Can you forward some of there emails I would like to see how I cam assist.
My box won't upgrade. Is it unblocks way of making you buy a new unit?

We in Philippines have big problem with this Box it does not automatic update it's date and time
You make it manual and setup date time or auto
yes we already did that but when you turn off the bo tuen it on again it change back to wrong date and time again@@xctechs
Why on my unblock it says no data when I try to watch a movie
It means that data or file has been deleted from server. You can contact them for support

It's not running Android 13 and no Internet 1000. Greatly over priced

very true.
So what are alternatives then?
@jack902902 alot of boxes do not run android 13, also do mot need a 1000 lan or wifi 6e, and don't come with channels. But ton of competition out there.
I will not recommend this box , sucks slow the play store no working
for me all works and works fast, maybe you need to contact them and process a factory reset.
