    Nearly $400,000 and $4,500 per year taxes for a bank owned little 1800sq.ft home. When will this bubble burst? Is it common now for people in the US to earn 6 figure salaries?

      When we start taxing vacant investment homes enough to stop investors from making purchases that end up vacant most of the time.

    What’s the idea of HOA fees, I believe it gives nosy busybodies to be bigger pains in the ass.

    Too expensive. And WHY is there an HOA fee on this property ?? Look at the great view of the neighbors garbage cans outside the bedroom window . 😖😖😖

    Hi Kaleb, House #1. I liked the archway through out. The kitchen is nice, But its still Old school, with the white tile. House #2. The open concept is nice, But in reality another example of old school, But with a swimming pool, Which I dont care for at all. House #3. Moved in ready, Although the laundry room is really small for a house this big. $685,000 way to steep gor my blood, Still a nice looking home. Thanks Kaleb for a great tour.

    👋 Kaleb, happy new year and may God continues to bless you ❤..House # one , knock that wall out and could use minor upgrades but nice. Home # 2, should be less because will need major upgrades.I agree that Home #"3 is nice but no refrigerator for that price?!. Not loving carpets.Should have wood flooring for that price. Talking about popcorn ceilings is a point of contention for me😢😂😅. My ceiling has popcorn. How do I get rid of it?. Great presentation ❤!

    That second home really is the best of both worlds' price and size. A few upgrades would make it house good

    yours 🎆🥂🍾🎇🥳🎊🎈. 1st home. Changing the exterior color. Agreed. Entry a smidge tight. Ok size front bedrooms and bath. Agreed. Good shape for a foreclosure. I am one of few that doesn’t mind popcorn ceilings. Agreed. Large dining area. Would remove that cut out separation. Laundry 🧺 meh. Kitchen ok. Like the backyard fenced. Looks tight for a pool. Good size primary. En-suite dated. Potential once updated. 2nd home. Like the elevation. Good price. Pool & spa? A little small. Let’s see. Ok. Front bedrooms and bath. Lots of cosmetic and floors. Like the kitchen goes directly to the garage. Don’t like W/D in garage. Primary closet small. Like sliders to pool. Small en-suite but can spruce it up. The pool enclosed looks big. Definite potential once renovated. Oh a 3rd home 👏🏼. Don’t like that marsh behind the house. Like the elevation. Big home. Interesting staircase. Wonder if those are load bearing columns. If not would remove. Nice open concept. Great natural light. Like the sink placement. Pantry doable. Ok laundry 🧺. Window & sink. Love a door to a backyard. That land really slopes. Pool? Depending how far back the land goes; can clean the shrubs and place the pool at the bottom of the slope. Big bonus room with a bathroom but not a bedroom re: no closet. But there was a closet outside the room. Could be bedroom. Guess a door could be added 🤷🏻‍♀️. Good primary. Glad 2 closets. No linen closet but can find room in one of the closets. Like the walk-in closets in the last 2 bedrooms but think that was 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Luckily another bath in that loft/bedroom. Thanks Kaleb. Grand week to you.

    I pay only $120 per square foot, so it is not a good idea to pay more than $216,000.

    This always cracks me up. The channel advertised $75,000 homes. Not one of them were under $200,000. Bank owned?? Ummm, ok

      He meant the price is down $75,000 not that the price is $75,000.

    House #3 should be bigger for that price. Not enough closet space in the bedrooms. Backyard is too small. Doesn't have a pool.😕😕 Eat in kitchen dining area is too small too. 😕😕 Doesn't do it for my !taste. Have to pay a n H.O.A. and taxes are too high.🙄🙄🙄 so this property is a NO. 🙄🙄

    I love the second house. I could move in as is and upgrade later. The only thing I would have to fix right away is the fence.

    Very dated looking interior with those arches and dark kitchen cabinets. Need to spend another $50k for a more modern look inside.
