    All important tips related to the renting of commercial space either a shop or an office.
    IMPORTANT HEADS OF LEASE AGREEMENT FOR A COMMERCIAL SPACE:
    Identity of the tenant in person to be established first
    If the party is a company then seek updated Form 16, Board Resolution and Registration with balance sheet
    Verify from the Website of the company
    Heading should be Leave and licensing agreement
    The area being leased is to be specified clearly
    Rent to be specified clearly
    Period of the lease to be specified clearly
    Address of communication of the parties with an email to be specified and mentioned in the agreement
    The mode of renewal of the lease should be specified
    The mode of termination of the lease should be specified
    Fit-out period for rent-free or partial rent to be specified
    Handing over peaceful possession to the designated person of the owner
    Consequences of damage to property to be specified
    Force Majure clause to be specified
    Consequences of the non-vacation after a period of an agreement to be specified
    Arbitration clause to be inserted

    मैं अमित कुमार बनारस से
    मेरा 1 प्रॉपर्टी है जिसमे किरायेदार से पापा को ले जा के 30 साल का lease Agreement करवा लिया जिसमे स्कूल चलता है
    पापा से बोला स्कूल से मान्यता लेने के लिए एग्रीमेंट किया है
    उसमे किराया भी 500 Rs month लिखा है
    जो की 10000 Rs month km से km होना चाहिए
    देने को 3000 rs month bolta है
    एग्रीमेंट कैसे कैंसल करे प्लीज हेल्प me sir

    Sir meri ek ghar hai jo mai rent pe kisiko shop k liye dena chahti hu , mera problem yeh hai ki mere paas domestic electricity meter hai jo mere nam pe hai and ghar ka kagaz and municipality tax holding meri nam pe hi hai , usko commercial karane ho yah naya commercial meter lene k liye meri nam k trade license mang raha hai electricity office se .. abhi mai kaise rent mai du ?? Jo rent lega 1 sal k liye uske nam se trade license banadu yah jo business rent wala karega ussi trade ka license meri nam pe karau ?? 1 sal k liye woh business karega phir chala jayega .. warna haar 1 sal mai toh commercial meter alaag alaag person k liye bana nhi sakti na

    I have a question
    Suppose I have informed my owner 3 months in advance that we are going to vacate the flat
    So we won't pay rent in last 3 months to settle with security deposit
    But do we need to pay maintenance and electricity bill during these 3 months or owner should take care?
    We don't have any rent agreement

    When & which stage brokrage will pay by shop owner to Rent Dealer.
    (1st stage ):-When Shop Owner received first rent amount from Renter. [Or] (2nd stage) When Shop Owner owner recived Rent amount +Security amount. Please told me.

      There is no law regulating this, it is based on mutual contract with the dealer and landowner.

    to me lease deed bnvau ya leave and license bnvau ya rent agreement on affidavit.

    सर मेरा अग्रीकल्चर दुकान था रेंट अग्रिमेँट 11 महिने का था लेकिन लॉक डाऊन की वजह से मै लॉस हो गया और मै कम से कम एक साल शॉप पे जा नही सका मुझे फायनान्स की अडचण आई थी इस लिए उसके बाद शॉप मालक ने मेरे शॉप का लॉक तोड के दुकान का सब माल और डाकुमेट कचरे मे फेक दिया है ऐसे बोल रहा है अब तुम्हारा कुछ नही रहा ऐसे बोल रहा सर ऐसा कर सकता है क्या एक शॉप मालक जरूर बताए और मेरे शॉप पर 120,00000/- लाख रुपए बँक लोन है सर मै तो रस्ते पे आ गया हू माझे उसके पास से कोर्ट मे केस कर सकते है क्या
