This actually happen to me, I tried to pick it up after it landed upside down while the engine was still spinning. When I picked it up the motor sped up trying to free itself from and I just misjudged where the propeller was since I tried to pick it up from the side. It cut me bad. Noob mistake but hey sometimes you got to get burned in order to learn. I am fine after a month of healing but ya I will never try and pick it up with the blades spinning again.
Me too, but it was a Mavic mini. I tried catch landing and caught it wrong. the propellers cut my fingers in about 5 or 7 spots. I was fine though. A few cut deep, and a few cut just the surface for there to be enough to bleed. Glad Your okay man! I know how You feel.
@@jacksonsdrones had a similar thing happen to me with my Mini SE, except mine was hand launching and when it went to leave my hand a huge gust of wind blew the drone back and it caught my thumb in a weird way and just sucked it into my hand. It happened so quick that I didn’t feel it until I noticed the blood. Then it just stung really bad. Took about 3 weeks and you could barely tell it even happened
Off topic but a secret you guys may not know is that some modern cars with auto up and down power windows will actually stop when they detect that a object is in the way. I have a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and i can press the auto up window switch while my pinky is at the top of the window yet not get injured at all.
@@36SOAD817HMC you think your skin is tougher than a carrot? I'm pretty certain it would draw blood, sure you wouldn't lose your finger, but it wouldn't be a fun experience.
Happened to me 🤣I was getting ready to grab the avata but had a quick gust of wind push it just right and my finger hit the props. The props shattered and only left my finger bruised up for a few days.
First, this is an expensive tool not an experimental blender. Second, this is very low power setting. Clamp the drone down and throttle to maximum and show it.
I have gotten my fingers in the props of loads of DJI drones, it’s kind of weird because it cuts hard things but when it comes to fingers it doesn’t even break the skin.
Rumor has it, that he famously did this 11 times! He did it with his fingers 10 times, but after he tried doing it the 11th and final time that his wife divorced him.
I had a very odd experience with my Avata 2. I had just acquired and was my very first drone. I was crazy to pilot that thing. While wearing my googles and preparing the drone to take off, I crouched my self without noticing my left knee was right above the blades. As soon as I gave the command to take off, I simultaneously heard a different kind sound coming from the drone as if it have had increased its throttle as well as a insane burn sensation arising from my left knee. Damn I had accidentally intercept the drone and now it had chopped the skin of my knee. The worse was not that, but my wife who had been around telling me from the beginning "I told you not to do it. I could felling it coming" Lol
Trying to fly it in manual for the first time i let it drift into my damn face and even with the ducts surrounding the blades it some how caught my chin and sliced a chunk of it causing blood to poor out lol. Drones are no joke!
Funny story I was flying my Avata at a park in Atlanta and a kid jumped up while I was hovering at about 5 feet and grabbed the back left prop. It cut the kids finger not off but it look liked it hurt
I literally have a video of it landing on me with the goggles still on & when I went to grab it, my finger went straight through the blades. Didn’t cut me tho.
One question, because in some videos the DJI Avata drone sometimes looks small and sometimes the drone looks big, I don't understand if they are different versions or that in some they are big or small.
it hurts like hell, but it's not strong enough to cut your finger off. I've got an FPV drone similar to this and has some experience of that. It'll cut you quite nicely though if you get hit on the arm like I did a while back. Nice little line across my arm still from when it healed up
Do you like this test?
Yeees)))
although a similar video was shot by Coptermarket by😁
Make more videos like this! There will be a new audience 🙌👍
No it’s a stupid test
👍
we must Boycott all DJI products..how.many more must lose fingers :((
yes
I'm very pleased with the results, thank god propellers are ok
Lol
😂
Underrated 😂😂
Same I was worried my propellers would brake if I go into a public zone and “accidentally crash into someone’s finger”
Damn
Omg by example of this carrot I wouldn’t put my finger there🤪
Yes, no need )
Dji is such scamm
@@LeafyLumens how so
I'm the boy from mars
@@LeafyLumens how? they literally make the best drones, at least in terms of picture quality
You should do it on full power.
So the moral was don't go partially in but quickly jab the whole finger in to stop the prop and you will be okay?
I mean once it hits the bone ye.. don’t do this lol
Yeah but it will hurt a small bit.
Likely but better not do risk unless you have to
@@tweetthechicken3870 I think I have to do it
I think your odds are alright
Tiny but mighty motors
Yep

Glad your alright. Its easy to get caught up in the fun of it all

I don't believe this.
Always DISARM your drone before handling it in any way. An armed drone can behave unpredictably as it tries to right itself.

Doctor : "So how did you lose your p*nis ?"
"Hmm, actually......"

Damn!😂
😂
you sure talkin about sexualizing drones
😂🤣🤣😅
The Avatacadre drone ❤🎉😂
Welcome back in fact or cap,……..
Best way to cut your nails. Very safe, fast, and useful! 10/10 Thanks.
Instructions weren't clear need to know wtd about a once influenced but now pissed off friend bleeding out the hand raging ?
Bad things! I lost the tip of my finger thanks to the Avata and my bad decision.
This is really helpful so from now on we can be aware this thanks
Thats the Content we need!

“Death.”
“What kind?”
“Instant.”
“ there was no sound he just died!”
Well my mama will take it to the kitchen when i am not around..
When my father-in-law is in the bathroom
🤣
hahahahaha

Conclusion: hurt
I had my finger cut once while hand landing with mini 2 in heavy wind, it was a pretty deep and long cut
Happend to me last week
Now imagine how much faster those props are moving when the drone is actually flying
Buying link please
Next time my homie messes with me ima show him this
And what will happen with a Finger? You only show us a carrot
haha right our fingers are not made of carrots . it will not even cut you just bruse you and hurt perty bad
🤣🤣

Use the finger ! use the finger ! use the finger ! ....... eat the carrot to rebuild finger 😅
Wow..would love to buy it for my kitchen 🔪 😂
Now do one with a kitchen shredder
Too bad I can't post pictures here - my finger actually got into the propeller of the Avata
But unfortunately your finger is much stronger then a carrot 🤣🤣
is it though? i feel like muscle will be destroyed.
Seems comfortable
I immediately thought it would stop 💀
Now you make me wanna try 😅
I learnt the hard way😅
The fact that the carrot was soo big that the drone cannot take it.....
👁👄👁
Still waiting for fingers
You want blood?
It happend once on my dji mavic mini it hurted about 5 minutes very hard but then it was pretty okay
thats the reason why it has a propeller guard
Every other drone: oh there is something here, time to stop.
Dji avata: Off with the finger.
That wasn’t even hovering… imagine it at 100% throttle 😬😳
Thanks i was thinking about it
That’s an expensive carrot shredder
Hey, I got you on the DJI air 2S yesterday. It cut halfway through my thumb and I’m lucky you still have a thumb😊
Was not expecting that! 😅
The propellers 💀
When you let your intrusive thoughts win :😩

Great job
Learned that the hard way a few years ago ☝️🚁😂
DJI drones are so awesome!!!
there is a big difference in prop speed when idling and actually flying, you basically have props running at about 20% power here
First, this is an expensive tool not an experimental blender. Second, this is very low power setting. Clamp the drone down and throttle to maximum and show it.
Cooking with the Avatar
I have gotten my fingers in the props of loads of DJI drones, it’s kind of weird because it cuts hard things but when it comes to fingers it doesn’t even break the skin.
Nice drone sir 😊
That looks friendly

Отличная тëрка для морковки 😅
This happens to me 2 weeks ago no joke. Sliced the tip of my finger.
It's a bad carrot cutting machine :) Serious, you see that if you stick a carrot in the oncoming blade direction in a PC fan or any houshold fan.
My girlfriend once launched my Mavic 3 in sport mode into her leg, I think my Mavic had the biggest damage :D
I learnt the hard way..ouch!
As he said it’s finger not a small Radish😂
very beautiful ❤️
Good thing my finger ain't made of carrots 😅
That wasn't a finger unfortunately... test failed.
Hope the drone is ok!

Actually it's one of the safest drone compared to other
I literally have a video of it landing on me with the goggles still on & when I went to grab it, my finger went straight through the blades. Didn’t cut me tho.
If some random ass carrot is flying around,i at least know i will be safe
That is a very unusual looking pencil sharpener..

Or a carrot
And this at idle… (about 4%)
Hey that wasnt a finger, that was a carrot!
The drone just gave up
I guess We'll never know....
Salute
Thought noe days these r cming with block sersor
That would stop the prop. When something stuck on it and automatically turn on after 1 sec
depends i guess if the blade spins in a direction in which it will hit your fingernail first, it will probably hurt but it wont cut into your skin
THAT'S A LOT OF DAMAGE
Yes... Not so good for finger
Imagine if Peter griffin did this test 😁
To answer your question- I don't know, and after your video I still don't.
Fact - use a somewhat durable gloves when u use it. Bcs Accidently anything can happen
That drone is a lot of money
You mean drone vs carrot?
damn, that reminds me of when i got my finger cut by my mini 2 props, the cut was probably half a centimeter deep
That is how you break drone motors and gears
Chubby bumblebee: No one can stop MEEEE
Yeah but this is like 10% power
Who could've thought.....
Now imagine the damage on full power 😬
My finger isn't a carrot
Where can i get that drone??
Price??
