@@nicklasselsmark886 It's relevant to the video because it's what happened in the video. And being fast enough to make it before a car doesn't matter when you can't see they are coming over the hill, which is the reason for the solid lines in that stretch of the road. The fact that a car swerved in front of him doesn't change any of what the biker was doing first. Also, intention matters, it can't be attempted murder unless the intention was to murder. The car could easily defend against that, as they only intended to prevent the biker from going in that lane, not ending them. While what the car did is still wrong, it's a far cry from attempted murder. It would more accurately be reckless endangerment/driving or manslaughter if the biker passed away. @@creasedhorizon8931 wtf? Why is that even relevant when someone attempts to murder them? They could do the pass in time no problem. It's not like they were like a slow car.
Weird thoughts you have when it's on purpose he tries to hit them.
It also doesn't change the fact the biker was also in the wrong. Both can be true at the same time. Just in the same way I can point out what the biker was doing wrong while still not condoning what the car did.
Maybe The bike cross double line but even the car cross the double and hit the bike. Not a reason to murder someone.
