Running will be the first physical test, which will take place early in the morning on the designated Day. The contestants are told to reach the finish line in the allotted time. Candidates should stretch before sprinting. The best method is to run gently for the first 2,3 minutes to let you gain momentum and then go fast for the remainder of the time to reach the finish line. Time to start jogging and running a practice run for this test is around a month before the test.
