This is inspired by my own Swords Only playthrough we currently have running on the channel. That account is at a point where we just need to farm domains to further build characters, so with plenty of catalyst-wielding characters on the horizon, it's time to begin this journey as well.
This time around we wished with ALL of our primogems to try and get a Yanfei off of Yelan's banner... Question is, did we bring her home?

I swear, everytime Barbara is on a banner, she has a higher rate than the other 4 stars. I got 4 of her in a row before getting anyone else on it.
I got c6 yanfei before barbara and my Barbara is still c5 (got her once when pulling for yelan and i had to reach 5* pity twice lol) playing since 1.1 btw so yeah it really depends on the account i guess
The 4 stars that I got from Yelan's banner has only been Yanfei and she's finally c6. Which is funny cause not even Barbara is c6 and I've had her since day 1
Mihoyo increases the rate of Barbara just like they decrease the rate of artifact set drops after a new character release.

To do the “Darknight Hero’s Alibi” quest, you can buy mist flowers from bubu pharmacy:DD

About the “Dark Knight’s Alibi” : you can buy the mist flowers you need from the Bubu-Pharmacy in Liyue (the place Qiqi and the snake guy work at)

You’ll be happy to know that heizou is probably coming in 2.8 on Klee’s banner so I think it would be good to save until then so you have a chance of getting both a pyro and an anemo catalyst in one go. I wish you and you luck the best of luck
Umm, Heizou is actually a PHYSICAL catalyst. Only having the anemo vision, but not anemo attacks. Currently I’m pretty sure Sucrose is the only Anemo Catalyst.

His Hangout Event is literally a probability chart, he have chance of being lucky just one out of whatever number is used at the moment, in this case 1 out of 6 XD

SMALL TIP: whenever you have enough mora, buy the Wind-blessed Harpastum from the gadget shop in Mondstadt. It can pop the blue flying plant balloons
22:13 Yes, it's one of the three waypoints you need to easily access the strange teeth needed for crafting the Dragonspine Spear. Of all the waypoints needed, this one is the closest to a strange tooth.
I’m not sure if the quest wants you to collect the flowers or just to obtain them, but if it wants you to just obtain them, you can maybe just buy them at Bubu pharmacy :)

You can in fact buy the flowers from the pharmacy in liyue so u don’t really need to get them yourself
I might be wrong but I think like inazuma you can't use liyue shop until you do archon quest
18:14 Java’s mental state is spiraling downhill because of his need for Yanfei. So much in fact that he forgets Ningguang’s name twice.
Fun fact: I have used that way point in dragonspine, I constantly had to teleport there when low AR people were doing the dragonspine quest for the spear

The physical attack was from the abyssal moon spire thingie. The "most broken" of it's kind. You normal attack and after 10 seconds enemies explode.
Just watched Deelo pull a Yanfei on his bows only account while trying for Yelan. You guys never get a break but keep up the good work
I noticed everytime Java says it'd a 4 star it's goes blue, but the one time he said it's a blue it went purple. Moral of the story: trick mihoyo that you want blues and that you wanna c6 Barbara
5:42 I'm pretty sure the 12k isn't the eye of perception, it's the blessing of the abyssal moon which can be really helpful to defeat enemies

The funny thing about this series is that when you first mentioned needing Sucrose I ended pulling her right after.
About the Ningguang charged attack thing, her charged with 3 stacks is a bit bugged cause sometimes It just wont shoot. Her best combo is 2NA into a charged attack, when she only has 2 stacks It doesnt bug :)

I felt this in my soul, Wyatt is one of my most hated NPCs together with Nimrod and the slime balloon guy near Springvale
I know it's due to the repetitive nature of commissions overall, but having to do theirs over and over again makes it seem like they just repeat the same dumb mistakes and make poor decisions and never learn anything from it

I actually do go to that one way annoying out of the way waypoint, when i'm gathering starsilver, or fighting the ruin thingy south of it.
The darknight hero’s alibi you can buy the flowers you need for the quest in bubu pharmacy! So you can finally get some primos for yenfei hopefully! And buying the flowers works you don’t have to collect the once they want you to
Heizou will probably be on klee's banner so good luck on getting them both in 2.8 also the tree gives a recipe for a catalyst

I'm the world's most accidental Eula main, because I got C1 Eula before C0 Beidou. I also played for well over a year before I got my first ningguang. Some times the game just goes "fuck you in particular"
SAME. During Zhongli's first rerun banner my first 10 pull was zhongli and i had to get like 30 more just for yanfei and I didn't even want him at the time 😥

You can just buy the cryo flowers things in bubu's pharmacy and progress in diluc's quest.

Hey Java, from browsing the Genshin wiki I found out that scarlet quartz from Dragonspine can "deal a separate instance of Pyro DMG alongside the regular damage to the entity", as well as "Imbued attacks can light up Pyro sources such as campfires or cooking pots".
Yeah he figured that out but it looses it's effect if you teleport, that's why his plan of using the portable waypoint won't work and when he go there it triggers the dialogue scene...so even if the quartz won't go away even after teleporting it'll end duration before the dialogue finishes

Why yes, I did use that teleport in dragonspine; it is extremely close to one of the dragonteeth. But now that I have all of the teeth I need, there is no longer a use for it.

I have actually teleported that waypoint in search of some starsilver. Didn't know I could jst search up their location in the interactive map and so spent an entire hour searching around all the waypoints in dragonspine. After getting screwed over by a hydro specter that healed more than I was doing damage in the event on bow only, seeing this notification made my day.
I'm pulling current banner so much because I really want Yanfei, I enjoy her looks and gameplay tbh, but the only thing I got so far is C6 (well even C7) Barbara, C1 Noelle and Yelan, plus Beidou as random guest. Staying strong tho and trying for even C0 Yanfei

I tried to get noelle constellations on this banner. I was at 64 pity. Did 11 pulls, got 2 barbaras. Now at 75 pity wich is VERY high and im sparing for klee so this sucks

Try the craftable catalyst in dragon spine tree on cryo monuments. It drop an ice crystal when use normal attack so maybe it works?

Java, you can buy 5 mist flowers from bubu pharmacy, you don’t need yanfei to beat that quest. also, i attempted the superconduct on the kaeya story quest altars and it does activate them with cryo so you can move on with the story quest if you tried

22:15 I usually teleport there when I'm bored. It's one of the few places with "chaotic" scenery that we get to keep after completing world quests (I'm looking at you Tsurumi).
c2 yanfei is my sub-dps on my alt but all i got from this banner was noelle c3->c8, mona's c1 and barbara c1->c3 😭
