Having Tanned Skin Made me go through a lot as a South Korean, I used to gget bullied in elementary school and I am 17 now. In my country, highschool starts when we are 16 and ends at 18. The bullying stopped last year because the students are more mature now and they Actually Apologized for everything. And I Am GLAD That i feel much better about my skin color now. Having Tanned Skin Made me go through a lot as a South Korean, I used to gget bullied in elementary school and I am 17 now. In my country, highschool starts when we are 16 and ends at 18.
The bullying stopped last year because the students are more mature now and they Actually Apologized for everything.
And I Am GLAD That i feel much better about my skin color now. Feeling more confident than ever.

I’m so glad our generation is not afraid to speak up about colourism and featurism!!! Although I didn’t grow up with monolids, I grew up with epicanthic folds but due to my nose shape they’re not the “good” ones. This led to wayyyy too many people feeling the need to point out my eyes in a horrible way even though when I was a kid I thought they were the most beautiful thing about me.
I said to myself before I unalived myself no matter what I would get that eye surgery first to “fix” them.
