Just received my Control Kit an hour ago, and after watching 100 different videos on how to use these luscious puppies, I have to say your video is extremely helpful ~ I think I have the nerve to open the box now. Ha!
Melt Away is the take off stuff, and although I’m sad when my lashes need to come off it smells so good, super gentle and very satisfying when they all just slide off. 👁🖤
Yay, I’m so glad you are obsessed with these lashes too. I got my control kit about a week before you did, watched their videos....still made a mess with the glues etc. Your first video was fantastic; you worked slowly enough for me to see exactly what you were doing. I was hoping for an update tutorial and this one hit the spot. I’m still using too much glue then getting the lashes all over the place. I like the way you place the glue, and yes, I still suck on inner and outer corners. It’s a learning process and Elle, you have helped me once again. Thank you so much ❤️

So pretty. Thanks for the post. I've been using Lashify for sometime. This is basically the map that I do as well. I haven't tried tapping the wisperlight on top of the black, in the lashes. Will be trying that. I do find it fun to try different things w/ their subscription. I added a couple of the blue lashes just for fun, see how they look. On the FB page, many people said they continue using their eyelash serum, so I have been. IDK, just paranoid to go w/out it.

I usually set my face with setting spray after applying my makeup. Do you think that would be bad for these lashes? I just bought the control kit and a bunch of other goodies and I’m excited to play with them. The first application I did was super easy!
So pretty! I am not a daily wearer, but I just bought brown f10. I do like b and c 8-10 for mascara look. I clean mine the same way. I recently started using Seint makeup. You should do a tutorial using the creams.
I love to see you using these! I have been using them almost a year and obviously in love! 💕 Would love to know what your favorite map is? Mine is A8, C10, F12, F12, F12 😃 You can brush PreCleanse through your lashes with a spoolie while they are on to clean and refresh them.

I love love love the chocolate starburst along with the C’s in my inner corner. I can get them to last 7 days with the bondage and night bond! Game changer. I can get them on just as fast as my mascara routine now.

GREAT video Elle! Your lashes look awesome! (I bought Lashify after watching your first video). RE: eyeshadows - while I don't use much, I do use some and if I want a liner, I use a shimmery powder just a tad above my lashline and I remove eyeshadow using q-tips soaked with a little micellar water. If I have them handy, I use the q-tips with the precision pointy ends if you know what I am talking about. This method of removing shadow from the lid has not really disturbed wear time. I also apply on the lid using. a tiny Mac brush I have without getting to close to the lash line.
@shellie Richards - don’t use micellar water near the lash line to clean unless you want to remove your gossamers - has oils (you can see it in the bottle). Lashify has “PreCleanse” which I use exactly as you described. Looking for a dupe for it but haven’t found one yet. (Lashify user for 9 months).
It’s better to support Lilac St than Lashify. The Lashify owner has behaved badly. Especially the way they treated Brittany Vasseur who’s a youtuber who supported them when they first started. Brittany Vasseur did nothing wrong and the owner threatened to sue her. Brittany was showing how she used Lashify and loved it; she always paid for them herself, no gifts to promote them, and then months later, Brittany did a video on less expensive alternatives from Amazon; she just showed different tweezers and how to cut lash bands, stuff that already existed on Amazon.
The owner of Lashify contacted her to threaten her that she will sue her for promoting look false dupes and copies. She talked so badly about Brittany and her channel. Just ridiculous, those items have been on Amazon forever! Brittany never copied anything, just wanted to help her viewers because lashify is so expensive! Brittany was crying and so upset. She had given lashify so much free publicity, it’s unbelievable!

Elle, your two Lashify videos are hands down the best most easy to follow that I've found, thank you! Just curious, the wand is designed to fit the curve of your eye so that you fuse the entire lash line all at once, why do you use it flipped backwards? Is it easier?

I use a Biossance oil based cleanser, I know you can’t put it on your eyes when wearing these but not even your face? (Also use the rose oil on my face)

Years ago I wore fake lashes regularly, but my lashes eventually fell out. Are the adhesives in this product line safe for the eyes and lashes?
yes the glue has been tested and has none of the bad stuff
Hi Elle you do so well getting your lashes on. Wow it’s satisfying to see actually. They look amazing. Maybe some day I can be brave enough to first order and then get them on. I have tried to glue lashes on and I can’t do it. I just give up. I guess it’s like painting I have to keep on practicing.😊😉❤️

Hey Elle, do you have any trouble with your lashify lashes getting itchy after like 8 hours? Mine feel totally fine when I first apply them but by the end of the day I want to rip them off because my eyes are so itchy. At first I thought maybe I was applying them too close to the waterline, but I had the same problem today despite better placement. I really want to love lashify :(
yes it happens when I apply them to close to the water line
