Everytime na need ko ng encouragement to work/study, inuulit-ulit ko lang tong video na to. Even though mga 50 times ko na siya napanood but I can't deny the fact na everytime uulitin ko, it gives me new revelation hahahaha.
Btw, ang revelation sakin ngayon is yung tip #4 (relax). First day kasi ng klase namin ngayon at medyo na-overwhelm ata ako sa dami ng activities and nappressure ako to make and have progress agad-agad, so in the end ako yung nasstress hahaha. But yun nga, after watching this video, naremind ako to relax, breathe, and be calm.
