  • We're at the Disneyland Resort! A friend of mine recently built their very own 'Scrap Metal' Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. This is a guided attraction where fans of Star Wars can choose between four different types of Lightsaber and customize it to their liking. What a neat experience to be invited to as there was plenty of show in addition to the building itself. The lightsabers you may choose from include: Elemental Nature, Peace and Justice, Protection and Defense, & Power and Control. Additional Kyber crystals may be found at the nearby Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities. Try it out for yourself and have a photo-shoot at the Millennium falcon afterwards. Thank you for watching.
    I appreciate your support!

I got my lightsaber as a birthday gift when I turned 21. I still have it, and it's alright since I borrowed my dad's credit card LOL
It's really the experience you're paying for, kinda like building a droid or getting a wand from Harry Potter at Universal

It was fun to watch the cast members get into their rolls.

I love the look of the Power and Control set but like to think of myself as a good guy. 😊

It's super expensive. A really fun way to combine show and merchandise!

Is a lightsaber sleeve included? If so, is there an optional sleeve available for purchase that may be a little more robust?

Apologies for the late reply! Yes, a sleeve is included with the lightsaber.
I was in the parks the other day and asked... at the nearby "Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities" shop there's a more robust sleeve you can buy. That said, it's still a sleeve and costs $50. Thanks for watching!

No worries, there's been a ton of people recently. We must have been there on a slow day!

I agree. I went back to the park to take pictures of the options and the queuing area was packed. Hopefully this was a slower day!

A bunch of grown up dudes spending real adult money 😂😂😂 I wish they would update their script though. It’s been awhile since Ashoka changed her blades to white and Rey changed hers to yellow.

Haha best comment. Spicy take, Disneyland is for adults...
