The bikes theft situation is out of control, I see broken lockers daily in my area and people reporting it, CCTV footage and even finding the bike on resale is not enough for the police to do something about it!
I'm not one to blame victims, but hipster Jack there had 3 bikes stolen in 2 years. must be doing something wrong. I understand that no lock can stop someone who want to break it but there are certain things you should or shouldn't do to prevent this. one basic really basic rule is that you should not lock the same bike in the same location (or around the same location) every day. the thief will notice the pattern and know that its going to be there when s/he is ready to take it.
I hope there's a special place in hell for bike theives.
