Your practice obviously is exactly right for you. Beautiful update. Your shoulders are so much wider than before. I can say, "yes to hair" arms have hair all over them, but my face is getting hair in a different way than yours. I already had a significant start on a mustache and that is thickening, Same with some chin hair. The weird part is two patches of beard hair on either side of the corners of my mouth. Nice voice! Glad you are passing with your new hair style. I'm going to have to consider that. I'm passing less! It's frustrating. Watching you, reminds me that meditating will most definitely help with the anxiety I've been experiencing. I am mostly extremely calm and then suddenly get anxious, this is new for me as I'm not an anxious person. Thanks for the meditation reminder... Namaste'
