This is my last speedrun on this Demo for now! If someone breaks my record I will gladly try to attempt for it again! Thank you so much Team SCU!

Glad I could help you with that! Yes some artifacts are VERY well hidden, took me some time on my first run as well!
idk if this is known by you guys (or whoever runs this game) or not, but because I run the real Metroid Prime games I jokingly tried a Spring John Bomp (spring ball the frame a bomb hits you) and it does work, but in this game you get absolutely ridiculous height out of it
might be worth implementing in your runs if you decide to do more
Good run. Glad I didn't bother with 100%, because I have no idea how you're supposed to find those scan things. I know those 12 tablets had scan hints, but they were vague so I didn't even try...
Thanks Sam, yes some Artifacts are very well hidden. Currently they are in the demo just for fun. It's crazy however how much you can explore and can get.

Haha. Thanks Wayne once again. We figured that skip out yesterday! I do have an any% run just rendering right now. It's an answer to BlueHarvey's run, tho I also use a skip here :) Can't wait for his/her reaction! Glad that you like it!
Hey guys! Glad you enjoy those speedruns, but I do have to say that this run is going to be my last speedrun on this Demo. If someone manages to get a better clear time than this video, make sure to upload it to CZcams and put something like - Answer to LightningFears run. You can also just post it down in the comments below. After that I might try to attempt for a better run! Thank you so much once again on Team SCU for making something like this possible!

I hope all the weird obscure ways of getting the artifacts arent in the final game...as cool and easter-eggy as they are, i feel like theyre so obscure that theres no way youd know how to get them without mindlessly scanning or shooting everything

Haha, thank you very much. Two days ago we managed to break this record once again. Currently on 15min 09sec, but there is still much to improve. If I really upload another speedrun of this game, it's going to be flawless!
lol now I'm stuck on the 4th from the last Research slot. Any help? It's between Medium Energy Refill and Missile Refill :'(
nevermind :'( just found it. Large Energy Refill.... it wouldn't show up until I was low on health, which never happened regularly lol.
@@goblinbutler1313 Hey Goblin. Sorry I could not answer you fast enough. Getting the Large Energy Refill is only available through the boxes before the boss room. You do not have to be low on HP tho.

How did you get the message "Abnormal energy signature detected in to_transport_cr_west" to appear? I can't seem to replicate it. And the lore doesn't help either. Could you give me a hint or how to get it? Thanks in advance.
Hey Puttys. Surely I'd like to help you. "Abnormal energy signature detected in to_transport_cr_west" to appear?" is appearing after you get 100% scans. My last scan in this Speedrun is the Geemer Brain boss fight. After getting 100% on Scans, meaning you should check your inventory with ESC and go to the Logbook either with A or D and check what you are missing.

@@LightningFear Is there a list of scans, or better yet, links to where they are? I'm missing exactly one: the first entry of Research, and I have no idea it is. What you did with the artifact locations was very helpful.
I was missing two, but it looks like it was the boost launcher was the second. (Thought I had scanned it. I must have forgot to save.)

I had a hopefully quick question about some of the artifacts. I am unable to find valid link to the discord nor could find any thing online, so I am coming to you! My question is, what are the prerequisites for spawning the 5th and 9th artifact? Through watching your video, I couldn't tell exactly.

Hey Yes420IsMyNumber. Surely I can help you out.
Artifact 5 = "Warrior"
Artifact 9 = "World"
In order to get artifact 5 you need to have 100% on item clears (Missile Container, Energy Container, Upgrades etc.)
In order to get artifact 9 you need to have 100% on scans -> Check your logbook if you missed something

Hey Ciao Areas. To summon Geemer Brain you have to do the following:
You need 7 Silver Zoomer. You do however have to kill them in a specific order.
1. The Zoomer on the Landing Site
2. The two Zoomer in the Transport Tunnel Alpha
3. The Zoomerin Tallon Canyon
4. The three Zoomer in Gully
After that you go to the specific place in the video

How in Zebes do you get the red leaves to drop so quickly? Is there a visual cue I'm not seeing on the green flashes?
Hey Luke, as you can see in the elevator room -> I am shooting the green balls in a specific order to let the red leaves drop faster :)

Visually you do not see them, but if you shoot the right corner etc. it will pop up

Hey Rasta. What do you mean with explore all areas? Well. Each room you can enter you can explore to the fullest.
There needs to be a list on how to find each artifact.

The numbers are the actual "unknown artifact X" Number
the names are the Hint Totem Names
Just keep in mind that you do not have to kill every enemy for wild, just the silver zoomers
whats the last lore info have to scan? i can not seem to find it at all
Hey Ozzi, the last lore entry is called: The Great City. You will find it in the Chozo Ruines, top left and you have to scan it way up high. You will find this scan at 1:09 in my run :)
@@LightningFear i found it right after you posted the comment, it pissed me off then brought me some nostalgia. I remembered it was a pain in the ass finding the chozo artifacts in prime and it would make me angry not being able to find the last piece. This game is truly gonna be amazing. Also thank you :9

Where do i get the first artifact?
I guess you mean "Unknown Artifact 1" which is = Strength. This one is just under the artifact tempel. You can see it at 1:33
