Good on you for the med kit! But your CAT tourniquet is a fake, and could break when actually used due to a different manufacturing process.

You can carry whatever you want but I think the best EDC is compact and minimal. Based on what you do DAILY is what you carry. Phone, wallet, keys, drivers, computer, chargers, notebook, pen, and maybe a knife...but a turnicate!? Bandaids are more useful lol
Well, of course it is! Every programmer throws their notebook on birds he sees with the binoculars! You're clearly not a programmer and don't know that!
@Ahmed I think you'd use many more bandaids than a turnicate. And most people don't know how to use them properly. It would make sense if you had a ccw or any medical certifications.

@Kalle Hallden Surprised not to see a battery pack in there Kalle! I carry a small USB car jump-start battery pack which I mainly use as a portable powerpack to run/charge my phone and laptop if I ever get low.
But on the rare occasion I may need it, I always have the capability to jumpstart my car or help out any stranded strangers who may have left their lights on!
Yeah I have never (maybe once every two years) needed a battery pack. And I used to carry one but I just never used it.
I do keep a portable jump-start battery pack in my car though :)
@@Hallden_ Gotta say, I'm slightly jealous that you rarely need one! Hahaha! Cheers for the content, as always 👍
Wow this video gave me a laugh. It's beyond excessive. All I carry is: laptop, laptop charger, phone, phone cable, 10000 mAh powerbank, face mask, hand sanitiser, wallet, keys (includes tiny flashlight), airpods, rain coat, umbrella (it's the UK), bottle of water. Plus gym kit if I'm going to the gym, so not ever day.
After you mentioned the uk I read "bottle of water" in a British accent xD
Indexing the notepad, brilliant! I can’t imagine how many times I could find a specific note. Wish I had thought of it
What particular interested me and a lot of people usually overlook is having a sorted RaspberryPi, a practical first AY’s kit(tourniquet, bandage, aspirin, spirit) & Vaseline on you, as the weather gets dry & cracky very easily.
Is this the bag you go out of the house with daily when going to work or to a coworking space, or is this reserved for your much longer trips outside your state or home base?

I’d imagine in Sweden a reflective emergency blanket might be important in case you get caught in the cold! You can last many days without food (and a few without water), but only a few hours in freezing temperatures. I have a blanket that only takes up the space of a deck of playing cards when folded-up in the box.

If you had a raspberry pi 4 and a thunderbolt 3 cable, you can set up the raspberry pi to be completely powered by your ipad or macbook, as well as create a local network between them. It was my best attempt at going with ipad as primary computer...if i needed a linux environment with a real filesystem and better io, i could plug in the rpi4, have it connect to ipad hotspot for internet, and ssh to it through the local network created by the thunderbolt cable. It ended up being more of just a cool thing I could do than super useful ultimately. Still a fun project and cool to keep in my bag.

I'm a systems engineer and developer, and for my line of work, airpods are useless. Actually, they are useless for anyone who has a busy workflow. They have horrible battery life, bad call quality, and you have to take them in and out of your ears and pockets all day and can get lost easily. I switched to using wireless neckband earbuds with retractable wires. That way my earbuds are always with me, ready for a call at any time with no fumbling in my pockets and the battery easily lasts all day. Also, they can usually fit under the collar of any collared shirt. I only use my airpods for tanning at the beach.
