Coast to Coast (Basketball ASMR)

In 2020 my local basketball gym closed like all others and for the first time in years I was forced to play outside. Daydreaming while putting up shots one day I decided to grab my camera and time lapse the half of the court I wasn't playing on. My love of the game and photography had converged. I was soon "shooting" on both ends of the court and fully obsessed with finding the perfect court for a solo road game. By the time gyms re-opened my jump shot was on and I had taken my camera and basketball across the country, Coast to Coast. This video is an ode to the beautiful enduring game of basketball and it's 10-foot high crucifix we see dotting the American landscape. This game enthralled me as a child playing in the driveway and continues to inspire wherever the court may be.
