Regarding animal agriculture. The carbon footprint of creating the fertilizer for Cow food along with the amount of gas and burps from Cows, along with the healthcare costs for heart disease and the amount of global warming and now we know that cattle are carrying the N1 H5 virus and it’s getting in the milk. Overtime that of hours will probably jump back onto humans and we have to be ready to not go through another long pandemic. I have stopped eating beef because I want the world to put a halt on our consumption of it until we understand how much it cost to grow, and whether or not, it’s going to be a vector for the new virus strain.
