I remember this from my youth, lol. Even long after I’d forgotten the name of this short, that bit @ 0:25 where Chef Manny was singing La Marseillaise while stirring his mixing bowl was the one part that always stuck with me. I’ll be doing something and randomly start singing just like he does haha.

Yeah I always wondered what those dishes were actually supposed to be. Bisque, Soufflé, and Rarebit. But would one put peanut butter in bisque for real?

Today's Special was on PBS? I swear it was on Nickelodeon, after Pinwheel. Both were made in Canada so that would make sense.
