We have educated people who worked as ministers for the last 30 years, but their education did nothing positive for us but destroyed everything that existed during the apartheid and established and developed nothing. Me I can say my confidence is in those who have a vision for our country than those who qualified in their professions which have nothing to do with the ministries of parliament like Angie Motshekga, I was going to appoint General Bantu Holomisa for that ministry not because of qualifications but the experience he has.We dont need qualifications here, just tell me now which university where people taught being presidents and ministers? So I don't see any reson why we have to be worried about education.

Education and leadership are two different things.
Education only helps one to understand things easily BUT doesn’t make one a leader.
It can make one a manager BUT not a leader.

A degree is simply a piece of paper confirming the encumbents achievement in studies. It's the life skills gained after studying that account for the experience, knowledge and ability of an individual . Many great achievers worldwide never went beyond matric.

How many of those Tertiary qualifications were just “given” after years at a university in the new ZA? I wonder!? Most of them are not worth the paper they are written on. Give me my old std 8 or matric prior to 1990 - I have more common sense than these “newly” University qualified ministers. Bullshit baffles brains!

You have been voted for to help people. You're not voted because of you high education. Your academics hold no water if you don't help those who put you to that helm. People don't like your education, but longing for your help that will make their lives a haven. You're there for people not for yourselves. But they dismally failed our country they are the worst failures when it comes to delivery . Talented people tend to do better than educated people, tend to be committed in what they do Therefore you can't measure education with delivery.

    Very interesting info.
Lets get your results based feedback in a year from now and then every year after that. And then tell us what consequences they face for failure. Up to now , they've all given themselves fat increases for no effective production.
Degrees mean nothing without positive action.
The anc has proved that to everyone. So much so that they should be ashamed of themselves and if they had any honour many should have resigned by now.
One of the guys with "only" matric has already kicked off with a bang. Good for him, lets hope it wakes up the rest of the "learned group" to use their esteemed degrees to up lift and serve our people. Only time we can see them in parliament doing their presentation ..The ones that read from a paper word for word can really tell us how educated they are ..Then they miss sometimes 2 or 3 lines .like someone written it for them ..Thats the only way l can judge if some are educated .When presenting .l think everything should come out with understanding .from within themselves .Maybe its in ponts on paper and must be discussed with understanding .I look at this way .😅😅😅

Interesante inligting, wat jou laat dink oor hoe jou stem gebruik of misbruik is.

Steenhuisen is clearly an efficient politician but his lack of education shows in his inability to articulate a clear argument (as opposed to a broad vision) for DA policy.

Education especially colonial education does not make those educated in it to think outside the box. It does not make an educated African to think that Africa can be self reliant and self sufficient and do away with exploitative western system. lt rubs in a mind of an African that the Europeans are supreme and their ideas must always be followed. Today the most educated African politicians are the most puppets of the west. Yes education whether colonial or non colonial is conditio sine qua non for leadership because it enhanced logical thinking and lateral thinking. But if one's education does not relate to the problems that you have on the ground, then what is the use to be educated. It if cannot end the filth black South Africans live in what is the use to be educated.? lf it cannot end information shanty settlements millions of black South Africans live in what is it's use,?lf it cannot end crime and grime that our millions of fellow country men live what is it's use? What is a use of education that cannot produce productive skilled youth force that can upswing our economy without relying to foreign exploitative investors. Our government run to lMF World bank for loans when we have minerals to defend us from economic shortfalls but because of systems we have opted for in pleasing the west, we are bound to go to these condansenting counter economic lending schemed that are calculated to keep Africa down, tell me what is the use of claiming our education. Sellouts and puppets are educated for their masters first and foremost then second comes their pockets. They never think of the people they pose to lead. Their education or absence of it means nothing

Most of the people who have these positions would not get a job under normal employment act my question is what employment act do they use as the guide line regarding South African employment act. We on the street are governed by employment equity act, What act are they employed under because most of there qualifications are questionable what labour law do they use, thank you.
