We have educated people who worked as ministers for the last 30 years, but their education did nothing positive for us but destroyed everything that existed during the apartheid and established and developed nothing. Me I can say my confidence is in those who have a vision for our country than those who qualified in their professions which have nothing to do with the ministries of parliament like Angie Motshekga, I was going to appoint General Bantu Holomisa for that ministry not because of qualifications but the experience he has.We dont need qualifications here, just tell me now which university where people taught being presidents and ministers? So I don't see any reson why we have to be worried about education.
Is this a bad joke ?😈😈🤢🤢🤔🤔
What about Steenheizen mnr
Education and leadership are two different things.
Education only helps one to understand things easily BUT doesn’t make one a leader.
It can make one a manager BUT not a leader.
Education means nothing without action
A degree is simply a piece of paper confirming the encumbents achievement in studies. It's the life skills gained after studying that account for the experience, knowledge and ability of an individual . Many great achievers worldwide never went beyond matric.
Help the nation, know why you're there as a minister. You are the servants of the people is what matters most.
God first, God of all nations to be thanked and praised.
I remember some in the opposition making of Juju and Zuma about their lack of education. Now the silence it so convenient when it comes the other way, just thinking loud.
EFF and MKP is giving you people chest pains , you cannot say anything without mentioning the EFF and MKP leaders be warned you will soon experienced chest pains accompanied by shortness of breathing
The majority of our Ministers have tertiary qualifications. We hope their educational backgrounds will help to deliver quality services to the citizens of South Africa. Good luck fellow countrymen.
How many of those Tertiary qualifications were just “given” after years at a university in the new ZA? I wonder!? Most of them are not worth the paper they are written on. Give me my old std 8 or matric prior to 1990 - I have more common sense than these “newly” University qualified ministers. Bullshit baffles brains!
You have been voted for to help people. You're not voted because of you high education. Your academics hold no water if you don't help those who put you to that helm. People don't like your education, but longing for your help that will make their lives a haven. You're there for people not for yourselves. People dont need much, but basic things for sustainability.
@@paulkalizangoma5904 were is Robert Mogabe with degrees what was done for his country
History has thought us that being educated serves no purpose in politics, ANC boast about educated ministes. But they dismally failed our country they are the worst failures when it comes to delivery . Talented people tend to do better than educated people, tend to be committed in what they do Therefore you can't measure education with delivery.
This is great my brother. It will help also in teaching our children on their social sciences work. Macpherson has only matric but has already made waves in uncovering some ill in the department.
We like to see actions not words. It is what you do for the people. Nothing has been done for thirty years. ACTIONS NOT WORDS 😂
Being pasionate , assertive about their portfolio and keeping the citizens best interest at heart is what matter
These ministers are privileged...how many bought their qualifications ...one or three are suspects
Exactly. They have no qualifications. It’s a lie, we know them.
Which ones?
Political science dies not make anything. It only qualifies one to pontificate ( talk shit!) we need more engineers and entrepreneurs
The proof of the pudding is in the eating there of!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Actions speak louder than yr education sifuni service delivery qwaba noba ungubani
We need actions and service delivery please
Bachelor’s degrees mean absolutely nothing. Easier than pie to obtain. Believe me: I know. Pass one, pass all. That’s South Africa today.
You sound like a fool. Very few people have stem degrees in this country
We don't need degrees only service without corruption
Deon George , Aron Motsoaledi they make sense to me thumbs up to them
Agree with you. Knowledge on its own is not achievement - its only theory . Its only when we able to implement , excecute and get things done then knowledge count. We need people with drive and energy , whose decisive , foward thinking , and able to diagnose and solve problems. I would rather have a minister with a matric with these qualities than one with a PHD who knows a lot but cannot implement/execute. Dr Kogiehenso Ramokgopa have all these qualities.
Encouraging that most of our ministers hold degrees. However it will only count if they prove themselves in the portfolio they have been asigned to. I pray that each manifests a spirit of co- operation to work together.
But why is our country on its knees with all these degrees now the matrics must come an fix it, with all these PhDs and doctrinal degrees our country should have been one of the most top countries in the world
Yep where did they buy this. 2nd degrees in political science, public service, etc. If you have common sense you will walk through those type of degrees.
Half of them should be in the retirement home . well pass the Selby date...if the citizens have to retire at 60 why don't they
And you should be there?
It amazes me that they are putting so much emphasis on education. Education is important but do you know what, with all their education they have messed up a once thriving country, into a less than junk status. So much for their degrees. They have no heart for the incredible suffering of the black people as long as they are sitting high and dry. No problem with electricity , no worry about the increase of electricity, or petrol or water shortage.
Degrees don't mean anything if not put in use and gives results. Proof in the pudding 🍮🍮🍮🍮
You didn't say the same thing when malema didn't have a degree, you were actually mocking him, now that it's john, degrees don't matter?
I'm sure you're talking for John right😂😂
@@collinsnchabeleng1405John is nearly human 😭😭💯💯💯
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@collinsnchabeleng1405what shows that he has degree because he act like grade 0 kid . Is true if not used is nothing. Malema never change to show that he has one . I wonder if he didn’t buy lectures to give him marks . His scripts must be marked again if he ever wrote exams
A lot of the degrees are " honourory".......
Which ones?
Genaade where did Angie (the one who made 30% pass for our scholars) and Blade (the one who said blood in alcohol during a TV interview 😂😂 instead of alcohol in blood) obtain their degrees 😏😏🙄
You don't need. A certificate in the anc you only need a certificate to be a top idiot
It's just ANC education , if they all had two brains they would be even more confused than they are now😈🤔🤔👍👍
Useless degrees not relevant to portfolios. Where are the engineers? You need a BS.c for Electricity and infrastructure for example not a degree in political Science.
I agree with you. The Minister of Electricity is a Civil Engineer, though....
I fully agree with 'Useless degrees not relevant to portfolios' In this list there are only 5 ministers whose degrees and education matches their portfolios. That's pathetic, the rest are just run of the mill politicians .
Just because ur darling don't have😂
Actually, minister of Electricity of an Engineer my friend
To be a good leader, you need a combination of both in born character and education. Education alone doesn't translate one into a good leader.
A degree doesnt mean you have common sense .........mmmmmmm........
Spoken like someone who has no degree. If you did you would know that you need more than common sense to obtain a one. Enrol for just NQF7,then make comment again.
Degree can be toto or thievery brains😂😂
Impressive but qualifications alone don't enable effective leadership. It's a sense of service and work ethic that's important.
I think experience and dedication counts more than high qualifications.
Very interesting info.
Lets get your results based feedback in a year from now and then every year after that. And then tell us what consequences they face for failure. Up to now , they've all given themselves fat increases for no effective production.
Degrees mean nothing without positive action.
The anc has proved that to everyone. So much so that they should be ashamed of themselves and if they had any honour many should have resigned by now.
One of the guys with "only" matric has already kicked off with a bang. Good for him, lets hope it wakes up the rest of the "learned group" to use their esteemed degrees to up lift and serve our people. So far , it appears to me, the degrees have only assisted themselves in their looting and self enrichment.
Yes we need good service delivery
This is good knowledge and if it was followed from the beginning we will be far by now. Education is the weapon
Well and good since all of them are educated and experienced. Good team.
Angie Motshekga looks like a retired tavern frequenter. 🙆♂️🥃🍺🍻
It has not helped, these many degrees.
Most of these dinosaurs are above 65 but are still working why? Most are retirees why are they still there???
So you talking age discrimination. You can still make your point but it must be legal.
@@BlanketKombers Why ordinary people are only allowed to work until they are 65 years old but these dinosaurs some are above 65 year old but they are not retirees?
Earning a big amount of MONEY !!
We as a nation must thank God and humble & repent if we want God to bless our government & country. Joel 2: 12 - 17.
With all their high qualifications the Anc still made a mess of everything
Those with matric need to upgrade their qualifications to post graduate studies to service as government ministers. A medical person, engineer, architect etc can't practice without being suitably qualified
Why? When others give themselves qualifications they don’t have?
@@nosiphosobekwa9316👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
@@nosiphosobekwa9316name one current minister who gave themselves qualifications and please provide proof
Ministerial jobs are merely managers. The attributes needed for this is to be corruption free, organising skills , fairness, good speaker, etc.
I believe, DGs should be qualified to lead Departments professionally, not Politicians. Yes nothing wrong a Minister qualified but it’s worse if a DG has no clue being the Head of the Profession.
@@nosiphosobekwa9316 especially managing people and output
In the Anc if you a domkop you welcome and O also if you somebody thats most times Confused.zits Anc policy.Welcome to the African National Circus.👍👍💯
But ANC has the most educated ministers 😂
@@luzukombuqu4976The late Desmond Tutu was spot on when he said "A time will come when the Anc will not be able to lead" "Corruption will eventually Choke the Anc"😯🫢👍👍💯.
All those who are above 65 years must retire like any other public servant they are pensioner's please
Not true. Few have degrees.
I still wish mandatory learning, must be one of the rules of employment to enhance these politicians academic development and better understanding of changed curricullums since the Bantu Education system. They must be vetted against the current CPD point system, to eliminate complacency and incompetence. What they studied then may not be relevant now, John can do online learning (if his APS Points allow) so he can understand the academic principles.
Minister of Land and Rural, President of PAC is not 55 years. He was born in September 1973. He is 50 years, only turning 51 in September.
We are concerned primarily with what they advocate and what they achieve.
We want the real ones not the ones they have been given ? Not the fraudulent ones they show everyone😈😈💯💯
Mkhonto Wesizwe ahlanganise onkamisa kwacaca all South Africans avuleka amehlo that's what education does 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Is this to show up some DA ministers who only have matric? The issue is that they are highly competent. Some of these people are fools.
just realized, the next 4 years or so will determine whether I will be wasting my time in voting in future elections
Most of these people bought the degrees they have, they can't even speak english properly, 😂😂
What about you? Can you speak any African language fluently? Yet you were born and grew in this country. I bet you can't even construct one sentence in an African language, you hypocrite.
Exactly
Which one are you doubting ?
English is not a measure of intelligence
Do you have any proof of wat ur claiming?
Bought it where
Exactly
Isn't Schreiber the one who criticises the budgets year in year out?
You can be educated, but if you are not natural wise, your education is nothing 😅
ANC has well educated ministers 🙏🙏
Education doesnot make you a great leader but it makes you a better leader rather than to be led by domkop you can hear fromtheir reasoning that haai this one did sit behind the desk for a longer time
At least we have educated leaders. 65 and above should retire
Why are Parliamentarians with PHD's addressed as Mr or Ms instead of Dr?
In case someone asks to see their degree😂😂😂
They are entitled to being called dr …. But the presenter mostly did that I think …..
🎉🎉🎉
Th degrees does not help in a fool that does have understanding n knowledge
THE ANC SHOULD BE ASHAME OF THEMSELVES WHAT A WAST OF SO CALL EDUCATION
Some of them ...words louder than dids
Congratulations President Cyril Ramaphosa
The ministers from theDA bane Matric lokusho kutsi belungu never considered tertiary education as important
No , it's doesn't add value to our dire situation
Minister of Public Works, Agriculture, Sport and Creative have Matric, Standard 10, Form Five, Grade 12
Hlabisa was a teacher qualified uyedelela wena
Ngoba kufundiwe lapho akusetshezwe Sithole izidingo bagijima Bantu angazike abaphethwe amadolo amasotsha ayagijima akubenjaloke
Education is right
what about our deputy president
Mchunus educational standards has not displayed any difference
What do you mean ? Clarify your comment pls !!!
Only time we can see them in parliament doing their presentation ..The ones that read from a paper word for word can really tell us how educated they are ..Then they miss sometimes 2 or 3 lines .like someone written it for them ..Thats the only way l can judge if some are educated .When presenting .l think everything should come out with understanding .from within themselves .Maybe its in ponts on paper and must be discussed with understanding .I look at this way .😅😅😅
Angie you have Masters Degree and yet you can't read figures..Degrees are not that important bcoz most don't know how to read
Seeing is freaking believing...she can't read figures? 😅
The Chest Master without qualification is still the Mastermind above them all. They just cant figure out how he operates and how the 4mnth.old Baby party MK broke the backbone of the miserable Anc.Cheers to Jacob Zuma. The unquqlified man that humbled the mighty Anc.Respect.😯🫢🙆♂️👏👍👍💯❤️
What about Mashatile?
Interesante inligting, wat jou laat dink oor hoe jou stem gebruik of misbruik is.
"All I'm saying is that the difference between humans and animals is that animals would never allow the dumbest of the herd to lead them."
Goed gestel!!😂
Basic Education. Good but only time will tell. High hopes.
Commentary very poor. Please pronounce surnames properly. Otherwise, the idea of this video is superb. With time, you will get better.
I wonder how will they ‘reflect on progress’ aba be DA bay 2 no Gayton xa benompoqa-poqa we Matric! Hay khona 🤔
"Mpoqa-poqa"😂😂😂
Steenhuisen is clearly an efficient politician but his lack of education shows in his inability to articulate a clear argument (as opposed to a broad vision) for DA policy.

They must be dedicated and have experience . and not read everything like someone wrote it for them on a paper ..Just how l judge some of them how qualified they are .Today easy to buy document because of corruption😅😅😅
Qualifications mean nothing. Look at Mugabe highly educated but he brought Zimbabwe down
I believe it is so poor that it is not worth mentioning.
❓
This is a relevant cabinet with qualifications in line with their posts I'm not sure about Mrs Angie it reminds of the late Mugabe's Cabinet in the time he was working with Mr Nkomo
A degree don't do the job the person in that position must do the job
So in the whole cabinet not a single one has an Engineering qualification???😂😂😂😂
Ramokgopa has a civil engineering degree
History yes he fits in the ministry 😂
I didnt hear about Minister of Social Development
Education especially colonial education does not make those educated in it to think outside the box. It does not make an educated African to think that Africa can be self reliant and self sufficient and do away with exploitative western system. lt rubs in a mind of an African that the Europeans are supreme and their ideas must always be followed. Today the most educated African politicians are the most puppets of the west. Yes education whether colonial or non colonial is conditio sine qua non for leadership because it enhanced logical thinking and lateral thinking. But if one's education does not relate to the problems that you have on the ground, then what is the use to be educated. It if cannot end the filth black South Africans live in what is the use to be educated.? lf it cannot end information shanty settlements millions of black South Africans live in what is it's use,?lf it cannot end crime and grime that our millions of fellow country men live what is it's use? What is a use of education that cannot produce productive skilled youth force that can upswing our economy without relying to foreign exploitative investors. Our government run to lMF World bank for loans when we have minerals to defend us from economic shortfalls but because of systems we have opted for in pleasing the west, we are bound to go to these condansenting counter economic lending schemed that are calculated to keep Africa down, tell me what is the use of claiming our education. Sellouts and puppets are educated for their masters first and foremost then second comes their pockets. They never think of the people they pose to lead. Their education or absence of it means nothing
Most of the people who have these positions would not get a job under normal employment act my question is what employment act do they use as the guide line regarding South African employment act. We on the street are governed by employment equity act, What act are they employed under because most of there qualifications are questionable what labour law do they use, thank you.
I think some of them only got std 7. And 8 highest .Today corruption is high😅😅.
