Nice to hear the "mastermind" behind some of lebrons moves. Because people think lebron is so shrewd and calculated but listening to Rich talk, you can tell alot of lebrons moves are actually his moves and ideas.
That's rich's job as his confidant and advisor. However, no matter how good the idea was if lebron was egotistical, that idea would be wasted and since lebron is a rational and an open-minded man, everything turned out fine for them.
All modern top NBA players have a group behind them. Whether its family, friends, or business associates. The moves they make are a result of that groups thinking and goals.

It was a miscalculation by Rich Paul, Lebron and everyone around him. Everyone despised him for leaving. He came back won a championship and everyone admired him. He constantly returned to the area and tried to reengage with the people of the state, to no avail. Add that all his friends including Rich, his wife and mother were still living in or moved back to Ohio. We all saw that the Cavaliers were the obvious choice.🤷🏾♂️
