Mod that increases bus capacity to use every seat is very good. Also there is a bridge extension mod which adds many different types of bridges you can choose. And lastly the industry expanded mod gives you some more industry chains to make gameplay more interesting
The parking lot one is interesting, but yeah, citizens wouldn't ever use it. If you don't have public transport end to end in your network, they're going to drive all the way to the destination, not to the closest transport.

Yes when you load the save there a more options button (I think that’s what’s it’s called). You should be able to add them before you load the save then.

Why would i need any of the mods you've shown in this video? They are the useless ones i ever saw. Fences? What for? Ingame people will just go thru it anyway.. so what's the point?

I believe at the moment there isn’t. However I think I saw somewhere that this is being worked on by the devs

Start a free game, click next and then go to custom setting. You should be able to select Sandbox mode
