File a Motion to Recuse with the Clerk, I believe. Here you have to articulate the reason why. Through bias or implied bias.

Judges may recuse themselves, in some cases, litigants have sent letters to the judges, personally. This poses an issue for the judges, called ex parte communication, and potential bias.
