Sometimes siblings never have that ideal bond. I used to let it bother me for years but I’ve just learned to accept the fact that my sister and I will never have that. She bullied me through my entire youth and it has effected me immensely. After my first back surgery, she kicked me into a wall and then I had to go through another surgery, all over again to fix it. To this day, I never received an apology. I am trying to release anger and resentment because it seems like it burdens me, more than her. I think all we can do in these types of relationships is just let go of all that anger and hate, for ourselves.
