Yes! I love your diet, brunch and dinner and low carb, it's great for maintaining weight. That's a similar diet that I'm on, as I binged way to much on carbs in the past few months, and gained too much weight. I also had too much unhealthy takeaway. At the moment I'm eating lots of home-made soups and having fruit as snacks and feel so much healthier. :)

Sorry to interrupt. We need your help! On December 16, 2021 a super typhoon hit our land. Our house got wrecked including all the furniture. No electricity, no water, no signal for almost 2 weeks.
