WWII Distant Battle Sound Effects

Originally created for use at / @weirddarknessofficial - but free for anyone to use. Most sound effects I create are either manipulations of existing sound effects to the point they are no longer recognizable as the originals, or I'll create them from scratch in my home studio.

Actually, that is an actual sound event in a battle, it was first recorded in the accounts in the U.S. Civil War where the sounds of fighting far away were closer than or louder than the ones of the fighting in their positions.
