I’m currently reading Hope: A Memoir of Survival by Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus and they mentioned how he would not allow the girls to watch any tv shows or movies with black people in them and that he was extremely racist. Funny how in the end of all this it’s a very kind and amazing black man who saved all 3 of those girls. It pisses me off that Ariel Castro killed himself in prison. He kept those girls chained up for 10+ years and he couldn’t even last a month or two in a jail cell. Pathetic.

I’m currently reading Hope: A Memoir of Survival by Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus and they mentioned how he would not allow the girls to watch any tv shows or movies with black people in them and that he was extremely racist. Funny how in the end of all this it’s a very kind and amazing black man who saved all 3 of those girls. It pisses me off that Ariel Castro killed himself in prison. He's so sweet and fatherly to her I love how he called her "my baby" at the door and embraced her. You can tell he truly cares about her and was tuned into something being off in that demonic house. What a kind and heroic man who truly wants none of the credit. Love this happy ending to such a horrific story
