Geez, You got it. Nice work!
That 5th house is a dream home for SURE! On the ocean, super cozy. Love it.
Nothing beats that ocean view
They are all beautiful houses in their own way, but it is the people inside them that make them real homes! Thank you for this video!
NYC!!! love it
3:31 This staircase is insane. A real feat, but it would just be more of an art piece than a "functional" staircase because I'd be paranoid using it ever single time 😂 Beautiful place.
Love this video! Amazing as always
Awesome, thanks for supporting the channel.
That closet on the first one is CRAZYYYYYY!!!! You always do a good job capturing these places. 👍🏽❤️
Thank you so much!!
They're all really nice. 1st New York home.. wow! The Montauk, NY, Water Mill, NY, East Hampton, NY homes... superb! :))
Thank you, Little Tut. The Hamptons getting some love.

hey, thanks a lot! It's an interesting looking building, not sure.
Miami houses videos very nice upload soon
Our next video will be back in South Florida for sure. Stay tuned!
insane , only in nyc a 100++ year old townhouse is asking for 20m
It was actually listed late last year for $35 million but taken down
Pls pls luxury condos and apartments in Florida
Soon, next week for sure!
The insides where nice but I have come to the conclusion that the red brick and dark exterior is just something they like in NYC. To me it doesn't seem very modern at all but it explains why I never liked NYC architecture. Guess it's personal preference..
New York has a lot of history and they take pride in that stuff. It's why you see "pre-war" in listings. People want properties that are old and full of history.
@@Legendary_Productions Thanks for the explanation. No wonder it's so expensive. Most cities grow upwards to cover the population growth. Like you know Miami is full of condo towers and more coming every year.
What's the address of the first townhouse?
Here is the address and more info: www.zillow.com/homedetails/32-W-76th-St-New-York-NY-10023/2078590275_zpid/?
In awe for the first 27 seconds then realised it overlooks what looks like a slum....
No, it doesn't overlook a slum or anything of the sort. That's just how New York looks in the winter.
