The first NY home. Love! The houses are beautiful, but #6 and #7, the best. House #8, love the wood tones. All beautiful though. :))

Beautiful just beautiful, especially the apartment in the modern wedge shaped building, and the country house with a lot of wood inside and the frog pond outside! I adored these places!

But however I think I would live in the apartment from Monday morning to Thursday afternoon, and the country house from Friday morning through to Sunday afternoon. In a car with a chauffeur! If I had the means and the money to make it possible. As a person with a disability, this is very much in my dreams, but then dreams are free! Still I love your videos, especially the ones that show homes and apartments in New York City! Well done indeed again!

I would love too see LPG go to S. Korea and shoot there. They have some of the most incredible houses but nobody knows to to record it like LPG. Way ahead of the time. Even some of the small apartments are luxurious. Unfortunately it is hard to find good quality videos of them. I keep looking for them though.

@@Legendary_Productions I really hope you do. S. Korea is an amazing place. Seoul or Busan are the only big cities I qould live in. Seoul is definitely considered large. I live south part of Miami and don't consider a it a big city though.
Another fine production LPG. Although I love the city apartments, my favourite was Home # 7 in Water Mill, NY.
Home #8 with electric sliding doors. That one got me, the gardens are beautiful.
@@Legendary_Productions It is very nice. What tipped the scales for me though was all the open space around H7. Tennis, golf, basketball, horse-yards and an industrial lawn mower releasing freshly cut grass fragrance into the air. I can have a herb and citrus garden fertilised with manure from next door and land a 'chopper on the front lawn. Beautiful.

These homes always feel so generic and lifeless. Also, they are all WAYYYY over priced. But people will keep gobbling up the BS list of irrelevant excuses why the prices are so high.
There's a reason why Manhattan has the highest vacancy of any downtown in the world. Almost everyone who works there doesn't live there except the overpaid CEOs who never see their apartments but one week out of the year. NYC is becoming empty and you can feel it even in Times Square now.
Generic or overpriced or not ; doesn't matter. its not like you have the means to go buy that type of real estate. Just saying.
