GIANT BUTTERCREAM STUFFED FUNFETTI COOKIES

  • This is an easy to make, easy to love giant cookie recipe. Let me know in the comments below what kind of cookie you wanna see me tackle next!
    1.5 sticks of butta
    2 eggs
    3/4 C brown suga
    1/2 C granular suga
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    1-3 TBSP milk of choice
    3.5 C AP flour
    2 TBSP cornstarch
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 C white chocolate
    1/3 C sprinkles
    Directions:
    -beat sugas and butta for 2 minutes on medium high speed
    -add one egg at a time until incorporated followed by the extracts
    -mix together dry ingredients and add 1/3 at a time to wet ingredients on low speed
    - add 1-3 TBSP milk as needed to bring the dough together
    -mix in chocolate and sprinkles by hand
    -portion into 4oz balls and place 2 TBSP of frozen buttacream in the center.
    -freeze over night and bake at 395 degrees for 10-12 minutes, they will not look done.
