The walls in my RV started to bubble. I knew it was water damage. So I removed the wall and replaced it with a Tongue and Grove. It was lightweight and gave me the "shiplap" feeling I was going for in the RV.

    Couple things:
-you can always replace that fiberglass batting with Owens Corning solid foam insulation (the fiberglass batting tends to hold moisture and is prone to falling down over time)
-check your roof, clean any areas needed with denatured alcohol and the product you need to use is Dicor Lap sealant. It’s a self leveling sealant, be careful it can get messy.
-on the windows there is a product called butyl tape. It will help seal them. Then check the little weep holes and blow them out (they let rain water out and it’s common for them to get clogged with lady bugs and dirt over time.
Excellent job and idea on this project. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions on anything RV related. There isn’t much I haven’t dealt with on these things.

Stopped at the flex seal, you didn't fix either leak that you had simply moved them to go around your flex seal. So unless you actually fixed those issues properly they are still leaking and the ship lap and more importantly wall framing are just soaking it up.
